The property was clean, bright, and very ambient. The staff were polite and courteous,, but lacked the true focus of customer care. We got there around 11am on the day of our arrival expecting to wait for our 3pm check-in. We were kept waiting for the room even though it was ready before 3pm. Then I had to request check-in even though we were sitting in reception not 2 metres away from the desk. Extremely poor customer service.

This place was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—very close to the airport, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful

The room was very nice and comfortable, paid for our parking, paid the pet fee. All good until I get up at 4:30 am to take a shower, no hot water. My husband goes to the FD had clerk go to another room to try the water and still no hot water. My husband was told it would be a couple hours before the person who handles that came in. In the end we had hot water 15 mins before leaving, which was good. Apparently they turn off the water heater at night? The clerk says it has happened around the 4am time before.

Very helpful staff, excellent restaurant, comfortable and clean room. Above average all around! Stayed for one night to be close to airport for an early morning departure. Would highly recommend.

Great Hotel with a very good restaurant.

Pleasant hotel with normal-sized room. Comfortable bed, modern, clean bathroom, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Despite being on the street side, our room was extremely quiet. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were visiting family so we didn’t spend much time there and didn’t have any meals there, but it was all quite pleasant!

The only issue was road construction all down the street in front of the building. Not much that they can do about that!

Wonderful facility. Beautiful rooms and great service from all customer agents working there. From housekeeping to front desk and kitchen. But be aware if you need parking you need to arrange prior to arrival. There is street parking but not always easy to find.

Lovely hotel, booked as we had a concert to go to at the sports hall near by, but a little bit far out of Hamburg, had to get a bus then a train in.

Nicely renovated property. Clean rooms for a reasonably price. Local transportation is ok, but scheduled too infrequently (weekend). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great facilities and a comfortable room. Food at the hotel was excellent. Friendly staff too.

Excellent service. The hotel is overall in good condition l, however it was noisy when someone at the next room was taking a shower or using the kettle. Nevertheless I had a good sleep but I was lucky to wake up early in the morning so no one else woke me up. Internet connection was quite slow.

Amazing close by to tge airport maximum you will pay on taxi 10 euros, freindly staff and was clean would recommend
