It is an excellent hotel, with everything you need, always very busy, very attentive staff, excellent breakfast and an excellent restaurant

We travelled from New Jersey to Botucatu to Sao Paulo then finally to beautiful amazing Recife. An amazing experience, beautiful hotel, loving people, from the first day we checked in to the last day. They even put away our bags after we checked out for us to spend more time at the beach then provided towels and let us shower by the pool. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. If you want a night life action you just have to take a Uber which they are super friendly.

The staff are nice, but the property condition is really bad. Rooms are super old, no hot water, no wi-fi

The breakfast was diverse and good. The only issue is that the room itself is in need of a renovation. There was mold in the shower stall. The exhaust fan was so noisy when in the bathroom. The room itself was old.... It's more of a 3 star hotel...

The beds felt cheap and uncomfortable. The minibar fridge was noisy and difficult to disconnect. We had a drop from the roof over one bed. The building floors is uneven and the luggage wheels make a hammering noise on corridors and rooms. No hot water at night. Near the hotel was a construction site way to noisy which didn't let us sleep comfortable. We asked for a refund for the second night we got left and got a courtesy dinner at hotel's restaurant. The meals were just awful. Uneatable. On top of our bad experience some people of the staff had bad attitude and the hotel is NOT in font of the beach. NEVER, EVER COMING BACK. Just run away from this one.

The hotel was fine, staff was efficient and pleasant, very helpful. Sadly the area is like everywhere in cities in Brasil, you cannot walk safely at night, but considering the challenges of the country our stay was positive!!! 5 stars to the staff !!!!

Beautiful place

Friendly staff. We always still there when we go to Brazil. Easy access to the beach. Hotel has great buffet breakfast and the pool area is pretty cool.

The staff is friendly and ready to help. Bathroom floors and accommodation floor were disgusting. All black between the ceramics. On my last 2 nights I slept on the floor, I thought I hurt my back swimming but only realised it was the bed that was horrible when I needed help to get up on the checkout time.

It was a nice hotel good food nice pool area nice little room just down fall no hot water n water is smelly .. they didn’t have a lot of sheets on bed so anything u can see the mattress those were my only down fall & about the parking garage was 25 reais for each day u stay

The hotel is dated. No hot water. The food in the restaurant is ok, but nothing better than that. My room had one small window, a curtain that was too short to cover it, and a view of a decaying wall. The mattress was shot on one of the beds. It actually was compacted on one side to the point of having a slope. The towels are ok, but old and on the small side. The front desk staff are superb.
