Excellent one-night stay. Great breakfast and location.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Nice quiet location with a nice bar in the hotel. Breakfast spread was great!

The room was not clean and the bathroom was cold. There was a bug on the floor that was alive

Phone in room did not work, no one came to fix it. Requested extra towels, never brought to our room. Cleaning person did not come to our room until 6pm the next day

Single room was small but cosy. The bed was comfortable and soft. The hotel is close to the main shopping street and next to the harbour area. Friendly staff.

A one night only to visit Gammelstad and Moose & Reindeer Farm

A wonderful stay right in the centre of Luleå. Breakfast is amazing!

The bathroom was set up for disabled people and the drain was blocked, therefore the entire bathroom floor was covered in water when taking a shower...

Wonderful experience at the hotel….comfy, friendly & beautiful. Breakfast had a wide selection of tasty food in a lovely room. The connecting pub was also excellent. The staff & food were very good. Would go there again in a heartbeat!

We were lucky enough to have an upgrade to a suite available. This was definitely worth the extra payment. Our suite was very spacious with a lovely comfortable bed, a large bathroom and nice city views. Being at the end of the corridor it was also very quiet so we weren’t troubled with any noise from other guests. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and plenty of everything The only thing that we noticed in all the hotels that we stayed in during our month long road trip around Sweden was eggs! Everywhere we had hard and soft boiled or scrambled ( these were some sort of powdered egg mixed with water or milk, but not the best ) Come on Sweden - proper scrambled, poached, fried or even eggs Benedict, it can’t be that hard. The Bishops arms next door was nice for a quick drink and trying hard to be like an English pub.

Nice rooms but very noisy with the ventilation system in the top floor, could not have the window open despite the heat because it was so loud. Unfortunately this caused obvious sleep issues. However the staff were understanding and were aware of the issue and we were relocated the 3rd night of our stay. Rooms were big, comfortable but lacking in cleaning here and there, bathroom was getting to the point of dirty. The internet connection was very good. Breakfast was good, although the warm selection was not that great. The cold buffet was very good, good choice of cereal,breads,fruits and sweet cakes were excellent. So overall the breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly, helpful and problem solving.

Good for stay

The staff were helpful the parking to hotel walk is a bit of a difficulty but considering it is centre of town can understand it but with bags was difficult. The breakfast options were good

The staff were great and very helpful. My bedroom was nice and overlooked the sqaure. Breakfast was pleasant, so too was the dinner. The adjoining pub had a great feel to it, like a traditional UK pub.

We had a great stay! The rooms were large and comfortable. Front desk staff—particularly Robin—were very helpful and engaging. Thanks for the hospitality!
