Parking is a bit expensive and the €10 credit was not applied but aside from that the properly is good and comfortable

Clean room, very big choice at breakfst and enough place with fresh products, parking 16€/day in P1 Parking right beside the hotel entrance.

There was no internet connection at all. We called the reception and the guy who checked us in even went up to our room and just said sorry that there was no internet at all. Even our cellphones could not get a connection. He showed us channels(disney for my 3 y/o) in the TV as an alternative but all are in German and we don’t understand a thing. For a 4 star hotel, I would at least expect to have a decent connection. The staff are so nice though.

I would not consider it a 4 stars hotel , missing fridge, no coffee or tea in the room, very hard mattress , no extra pillows , my son slept( well tried to sleep ) on a rock hard pull out chair or single sofa,ALL staff REALLY FRIENDLY AND POLITE , very accommodating for our needs , on a buffet dinner with no French fries they happily prepared them for my son with very restricted diet.

Hotel is good one, located near to public transport although it is in outskirts of the city. Rooms are adequately sized. The toilet was not clean when we arrived but was promptly cleaned when we contacted reception. Otherwise everything was fine. Breakfast is good too but for Vegetarian, there not many options (which I do not expect in European hotel). All in all this is a good property in a peaceful location.
