Nice clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff.

It was a great one-night stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the atmosphere was pleasant. The restaurant wasn’t particularly impressive, but it was convenient, and we enjoyed the live music on Friday night. Breakfast is available for €14 (continental), but we opted to walk to Café Cebra on the corner instead — a lovely spot for a simple and relaxing breakfast.

The Gran Hotel de Ferrol was extremely well positioned close to town. The hotel was looking new and modern; the comfort and cleanliness and daily serving of our room was faultless. The breakfast spread of food and drink was also excellent and helped by the happy, smiling and helpful staff.

A great stop before starting our journey on the Camino Ingles. The reception is open 24 hours a day, so when we arrived at 1am, it was great to be welcome so warmly.

The hallways were extremely dark and lights didn’t come on until you walked past them. It felt very eerie. The staff was not particularly helpful or friendly. My friends had to switch rooms because their room had not been cleaned.

Great value for money

Nice, clean, modern looking building. Short walk from the bus stop that brought me to town from the train/bus transfer from A Coruna.

The hotel is modern and they have great pricing for the room. It was 62 euros per night for 2 people

Staff spoke English and were delightful. Service excellent. Restaurant fabulous.

Es un hotel que se siente antiguo, el servicio es bueno, me sigue llamando la atención que sigan cobrando por el agua del minibar, en muchos hoteles el agua es gratis, o te cobran las dos primeras botellas. A 20 minutos andando del centro.
