Up graded on arrival to a junior suite. As we were staying for 3 days, glad we did. Extra room was very useful and then great views over the city from our terrace.

Great breakfast. Clean room and spacious. Nice helpful staff. The entire city uses heavy perfumes in their cleaning detergents and I find it nauseating but it is a standard here in Spain I think.

Vero Clean Room and Kind staff. Close to the city center and 20 minutes by car from the airport. Highly recommended

We traveled with kids, the family room, one hallway with two rooms was very convenient. We actually stayed twice there during our stay in Europe

The hotel was well located in Salamanca and close to three metro stations. The staff were friendly, helpful and multilingual. Our room was bright and spacious with nice furnishings and large closet.

Great hotel, away from Downtown crowds

The room was too hot even with the AC on, as the air conditioning was not strong enough

Old building with out views,in the middle of nowhere

A good, few frills option for an overnight stay. I stayed in the hotel because it’s right beside the ALSA bus station and I had an early bus the next morning. There is a metro station nearby and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable bed and quiet. The hotel is used by a couple of airlines for crew.

Very clean and quiet. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was average.

Terrible customer service. On our first day, shortly after check in we reported to the front desk that the air conditioning in our room did not work. They never fixed it during our the day stay, despite continued requests. It was so hot we could not sleep. Must disappointing was their insurance and lack of caring. Do not stay there.

Staff and facilities are great. Location: you need to take metro, taxi or other transport to get to the center of Madrid. However, it has a metro station on the corner of the building.
