It was overall nice as it’s not the first time we stay in this hotel but this time we had a really terrible experience. The day we were going to check out one of our shoes worth 5000 tl got changed by a fake version of it ours was sketchers and was changed by super sonic a used pair of shoes and smelled bad in comparison to our brand new shoes

This was a family trip, and it’s actually my second time staying at this hotel – the first was 7 years ago. I chose it again because I really love this area; it’s lively and close to the city center, which makes it a great option especially for those without a car. Right across the hotel there’s a shopping mall, games, and even a water park, which made it very convenient. The service is excellent, breakfast is delicious, and the staff are truly friendly and always willing to help. The food in the hotel is also very nice, and the prices are very reasonable. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old and could use some renovation, but they are still spacious and comfortable. My son really enjoyed his time here, and so did we. Overall, I loved my stay and wouldn’t mind coming back again if I travel to Antalya in the future. A big thank you to all the hotel staff for their great work!

Rooms were amazing and clean. Food was good. Valet service was good. Poolside service was a little slow. Overall a positive experience.

Good value for the money, has everything you need on holiday. Happy welcoming staff and very helpful. Housekeeping didn’t read the preferable time on the card and kept walking in early morning.

If you wanna stay at the hotel with all the amenities you may have in a resort that would be your choice, including indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, gym, excellent restaurant, and nice in environment, walk about distance to private beach and so many fast food. The food was great, especially breakfast with so many options.

Location, location, location. Good service .Nice spa and gym.

Very clean hotel with excellent facilities. Many eating options nearby and only 30 minutes walk from old town. The area around this hotel is really nice with parks and safe walkways. Only negative is aircon is very weak so room might be a bit hot in full summer?

I was delighted to discover SU Hotel in Antalya, as most hotels there are all inclusive. SU Hotel offers a half board option, which was a pleasant surprise. The spa at the hotel is lovely, with a great sauna and relaxing area. The Turkish body care and massage were fantastic!
