I stayed here only for a short layover, but it was a great experience, mainly thanks to the very helpful staff. I found it quite difficult to communicate in English with people in the city, but at this hotel, I felt safe and at home. The staff were very attentive and helpful with everything I asked, which I truly appreciated. That said, I need to be honest that my room (River View) felt rather dull and would benefit from a significant renovation to improve comfort. The room and bathroom were okay clean, but the pillows, bed, and carpet felt dusty and had an old smell. It’s fine to keep the overall vibe and ambiance, but some revitalisation is definitely needed.
