Unfortunately old fashion Hotel! Rooms are clean and spacy. Hotel is located 5 minutes walking to the historic city centre. I couldn't clear parking by myself in advanced and wasn't happy to spend 20 Euro per day for public parking close by. I choose free parking 1.2 km or 20 minutes by walking fare away from hotel. Reception was not really helpful.

Very great stay for the price. There is 24 hour concierge, which helped with our flight that arrived at 2AM. The inside was spacious, with a very clean bathroom. Our room also came with a terrace, which had very nice views of the city in the morning. The only complaint I have is the bed - the mattress is sort of hard, and while we requested a king bed, what we got was two twin beds put next to each other. It was doable but not preferred.

The hotel really needs renovation! Take out all the musty, old stained carpets, change all those wobbly bed side tables, the stained chairs in the salon also have to go! Good Things: Location, Walking distance to the station and plaza neuva. Staff is good too. The view from the 14th Floor is fabulous. Cons: breakfast is just about okay. Hotel and furniture have seen good days.

The hotel is well located: very close to the train station and some bus/metro stops. The staff are friendly. The room is very clean and has a really nice view and a balcony. Although the hotel seems aged but the lobby is modern and the room is well facilitated. But the wifi is pretty poor, my iPhone can’t even find it in my room. Generally, it would be nice to stay here again.

It has good location. You can go to city center, shopping mall and restaurants by walk. Hotel has old building. The windows in my room was fixed. It didn't move. I couldn't open it. This is so bad for me. I need fresh weather sometime. Then, It has clean rooms, quite good breakfast.
