The room was dirty. There were used towels on the floor and hair on the towels hanging. Used soap on the tub. Restroom smelled really bad. Walls dirty, floor dirty. Check in lady very rude. Limited parking . Blankets on bed dirty with a spot of blood.

Super run down. No iron or hairdryer in room. Wallpaper peeling. Beds seem newer, everything else needs replaced/freshened up.

The room was clean, but the electrical outlet didn;t work, the mirror was broken, we request change the room, because next room was smoking marihuana, and our room was smelling terrible, they did change the room.

Needed a place to stay on a budget wasn’t expecting the room to be that bad, but that’s what you get for the price.

It was amazing to get away and find a great hotel to stay for a couple of days, if anoogey away in the works will use this hotel again

The hotel was near the beach, which was A huge upside but while staying here you get to notice that all your neighbors do drugs or there is heavy violence in the area as well as the room stop being cleaned unless you tell them.

The room walls were so thin you could clearly hear conversations in the next room. Unfortunately, we were roomed next to a group of men who decided to graphically share sexual exploits and use a cow bell to wake everyone up in the morning. Their loud conversations could be heard through the ceiling as evident from the banging and angry shouts to shut the hell up at midnight. At one point, we thought someone was going to fall through the ceiling with all of the banging. Check-in was nondescript - neither good nor bad. Rooms definitely need some TLC, but relatively clean. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price we paid. However, we could have done without the “bonus entertainment “. So happy I didn’t have small children with me.

The property needs upkeep. We had people outside our room sitting on a cooler drinking beer and smoking nightly. It was very unpleasant and the room needs upkeep.

You get what you pay for in this motel. It is run down and badly in need of updating. There are no secondary locks on the doors, which made me feel a little unsafe. Our bathroom had mold growing near the ceiling, and our room was rearranged when we arrived (both end tables were near the window and the bed was pushed into a corner). A fire alarm near our room was chirping all night, even though I brought this to the attention of management they never replaced the batteries. When we checked in, management photocopied my credit card, which raises some red flags. I understand that this is a budget motel but I would rather pay a little more to feel safer and have a cleaner room.

The staff were terrible! They did not clean or make the bed. The maids only worked in units the manager paid them for. It was a terrible experience!

There were bugs smashed and left on the walls. No one was there when I arrived. I had to call someone to come to the property and give me a key. Extremely dirty. I would not stay there again.

the property was run down and old. the room was clean but the door to the room was broken and would not lock from the outside. The staff was nice but only told us of one place to eat which was extremally expensive.

Office people were extremely accommodating. I was very grateful after a very tiring day.

Very good place, economical it is near all Monterey beaches and turism areas.

Extremely hard time checking in even with receipt and confirmation number. Room was filthy, dirt and grime on floors, bed bugs, barely any shower amenities, phones disconnected, bed might as well just be cardboard with springs. No room service at all or room cleaning. Definitely do not recommend in the slightest. Advertised online has free breakfast and wifi, all services were suspended though.
