The lower level and entrance was amazing! Breakfast was worth my money! My room was not. It's an old property so the room I received was outdated, humid and the rug smell like mildew. My room was a disappointment, but the rest of property made up to my experience to Myrtle beach.

There was a roach in the room. The tub was clogged for most of the trip even after someone tried to fix it. Couldn’t check in til after 6:15pm, front staff was not friendly except for the blonde (didn’t get her name). Parking is horrible.. across the street. The DJ and restaurant was nice to have around the pool area

Great place. Took two hours to get checked in - it looked like a total mad house. The parking close to the building is always full - There is a parking lot down the street. But, the lot is across from the starbucks. Hard to hate.... A bit of elevator pressure, took 30 minutes to get up the elevator more than one time. Great room , great view. Nice location

Would definitely return to the property. Could’ve been a little cleaner but overall was decent. Biggest complaint was requested a sheet change due to Misty from humidity. The sheets were left hanging on our door. I expected someone to actually freshen up the room and change the sheets rather than have to change them myself.

We did not have a great experience here. Solo traveling with my kids for a quick beach getaway before school starts. My first interaction with check in process was lacking. It was a bit of a madhouse with parking, loading/unloading. Front desk person was not helpful. Checked in 3:45pm and room not ready- couldn’t give me an estimated time but luckily called me about 30 minutes later that was ready. Our room was the biggest headache. It HAD NOT been taken care of. While it had been “surfaced cleaned”(bathroom clean, linens changed), the room had visible mold, was musty and in general disrepair, carpet/chairs were visibly stained and soiled. I had to contact front desk to change AC unit cover as it had what appeared to be 5 years of dust/dirt accumulated, along with mold/mildew. They did do this quickly. The water options for showers/baths was hot, hotter, or depths of Hades. I feel like it’s usually the opposite problem but no one could take a comfortable shower/bath. They do have alot of pool options for kids and my kids did enjoy them. Although again, appeared to need to be cleaned a bit more. I was a little confused as how our room was in such bad shape but I always saw employees in lobby cleaning. We only stayed 2 days so we muddled through but did leave early. If had been staying longer, I would have requested different room/arrangements. I understand this is a high turnover area and being beach front it stays muggy/wet but this was a little much.

Rooms were not ready for check in until almost 6:00. Shower drain was almost stopped up. No maid service at all for three days. Overall, pretty run down. Beautiful view! A/C worked well!

Not all rooms are like the presented images. When we checked in, there were several concerns with the room: • The freezer was cracked •. Rust and mildew on the ceiling. • The door lock was broken and missing screws • There was a large stain on the bed that resembled blood • The room flooded overnight, soaking the blankets and the trundle bed • Water was pooling in the center of the room However, we were told there was no time frame for the new room due to short staffing, and that we’d be contacted when it was ready. We didn’t hear back until around 5 p.m., and at that point, we were told we needed to return right away to move our belongings so the room could be cleaned for another guest. Everyone we encountered on staff was friendly and helpful, and we’re grateful for that. Unfortunately, the situation overall made our stay quite difficult and uncomfortable. Additionally, we did report a persistent smell of marijuana multiple times, which we understand is not legal in South Carolina, but the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay.

Liked the area, the layout of the condo, the dining options nearby, the access to a grocery store, near the Boardwalk and other activities-- did not having to experience problems with access to the elevators and having to telephone front desk to get a remote for the television and problems with the other television in bedroom
