Great apartment, friendly staff, location is a bit far in walking distance from almost everything, if you have a car, is 5 min. Restaurant opens at midday and doesn’t offer breakfast options

Very helpful and friendly staff

The staff at Simon Verde were incredible and very helpful! The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and close to many restaurants. It is a little outdated but the affordable price definitely made up for that. The only suggestion I would have is that the rooms have some type of coffee maker or tea kettle to make coffee or tea. There was a machine at the front desk but the price was a little high for the small cups provide. The staff was incredibly nice and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

5*** Large rooms with great conditions, pool.

Apartments are of a generous size if basic. Fridge and microwave were old and in poor condition. Parking was underground entry via a buzzer and ticket system exit via a token!

Property seemed worn. In a residential area, far from amenities. Parking garage was dark and scary. Public transportation was limited. Neighbouring room guests were very loud, for both nights we stayed. Room was large. Bathroom was large, however we could not regulate the water temperature for a shower.

Luz at the check in counter of the Hospeduim at Simon Verde was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and very nice person.

Every time we had a shower the bathtub/taps leaked water from the wall to the hallway into the suite.

Stayed there for a week (work-related trip). Nice, quite area, although a bit far away from local amenities in the town centre. Nice staff who were ready to change my apartment when I said I needed a microwave. Some TV sets are a bit old.

We stayed there for two nights. In light of the comfort and the value for money, we stayed for an additional night. My son enjoyed the swimming pool while I enjoyed the kitchen, making a lot of Spanish meals and having great time together with the family.

La habitación estaba muy bien, la limpieza estupenda. Los recepcionistas muy agradables y el lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Tuvimos un problema con uno de los aires, no funcionaba bien y no funcionó bien hasta el último dia,aunque vinieron a revisarlo un par de veces, dando por hecho que estamos en invierno no era muy agradable estar solo con el aire de la habitación. Otro detalle es que eramos 4 y solo nos pusieron 2 capsulas de café de bienvenida. Pedimos otras 2 y nos la dieron sin problema. El detalle de media horita gratis de Spa genial aunque el agua estaba bastante fria para ser un Spa. Solo hay una ducha en el vestuario. Es bastante pequeñito.

Nos ha gustado mucho!, el aparramento es amplio y limpio. Incluia una terraza y otra cuestion es que tiene aparkamiwnto gratuito al redwdor. Tambien esta a 5 minutos en co he una estacion de metro para ir y enir al centro de Sevilla. Al lado, 1 minuto del Hotel, hay una tienda muy buena para vomorar cosillaa y a nosotros nos sirvio mucho. Es un excelente sitio. Bol eremos!

Todo muy bien, el recepcionista Alonso, espectacular nos atendió genial. Y las habitaciones muy bien. Es la cuarta o quinta vez que vamos y por supuesto voy a repetir a probar el spa

Buen trato al recepcionar la habitación, a añadir que tuve que pagar 10 euros extras por mi mascota, no comtemplados en la reserva.
