Very bad experience. The cleanliness was terrible: there were hairs in the bathtub, a sewage smell, and dirty floors. The towels were old and the room was very dark. You could clearly hear everything the guests in the room next door were saying. There was no coffee maker in the room, and no one informed us about services like the pool. For the price we paid, it was very disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

Paid extra for the breakfast when I booked the room. Was told that breakfast was not included with it.

The bathroom of the room has not an exhaust fan and smell bad security lady has a really bad attitude I will never stay there anymore and not recommended at all

Staff was very friendly but the light sockets in our rooms did not work, but one only. Also twice during our 4 day stay our key room did not function so coming late we had to go to the front and ask to get in.

The night staff were super welcoming and very friendly. Had a good night's stay!

It was not as expected! AC extremely noisy. Lost expensive items and recovered only inexpensive. Security not very impressive. I’ll give it a thought before I stay there again

We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t change our towels, blankets and bed sheets even though I did requested. Property very old and rooms very small. Bad experience

Very run down not what the picture actually look like

No fridge, coffee maker or microwave on rooms. Stiff beds. Had to ask for more towels (just 2 per room) and we were 4 guests.

The bed there were like prison no pillows and the service from the staffing was very unkind no shampoo at shower and no pool towel 😑 i asked for a little cup of ice and they toll me didn't have ice when they have a restaurant on site very bad experience on this place

The room we got was dirty with hairs between the sheets. The second room was dirty in the bathroom. There was no iron in the room when I asked for one they gave me one that was dirty and didn’t work. Second iron was dirty as well and couldn’t use. The young people in front desk don’t care about the customers. The restaurant in the property served coffee cold first day and again second day!!
