Nice hotel, close to metro, quite spacious for a European city

Great hotel in a lovely location near to the center of Munich. Several restaurants within walking distance. Also, close to U-Bahn and the Residenz.

Lovely breakfast, room was very quiet. The area is wonderful, lots of great dining options and very charming. Staff were very helpful.

You need to climb lots of stairs at this property. With luggage this can be a big problem. While it has an elevator, it only goes to half way between each floor. Thus you have to drag your luggage up or down 6-8 steps no matter what floor you are on. With heavy suitcases this was no fun. When we first checked in, we were put in Room 509. Unfortunately, from that room you can hear the elevator quite loudly every time it operates and I was unable to sleep. The staff was kind enough to move us to a Lower floor which was much better. Staff were very helpful and professional our stay

We enjoyed our stay especially the location. It was very hot in Paris and so very hot in apartment making it hard to sleep. We found good restaurants within walking distance.

Great location, easy to book, good wifi, and friendly service. We also had a car and finding and paying for parking with the hotel was super easy!

The room was spacious, well furnished, clean, and recently updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 4 days here and would return again.

In a quiet residential area walkable to main sites. We liked the area but others might like more central.

I loved our room it was so comfortable. The hotel was convenient and located close to the English Garden.

My family of 4 stayed very comfortably in a quadruple room for two nights. It is in a good location - a mere 15 minute walk to most tourist areas. Very safe and clean.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great. Check-in was easy. Public transportation is just a block away and it is a short walk to the English Garden. Summer visitors should be aware that the rooms are not air conditioned, though they do provide a fan.

Great place to stay. Elevators worked. Clean room ans very nice staff. Can pay for a parking pass for the on street parking within the area. Overall would stay again.

The room is clean and the hotel is located close enough to a Metro stop. My big gripe was being informed breakfast cost 18 Euros/person upon checkout. We just traveled quite a bit through France and Germany- that was the most expensive breakfast on our trip. The previous two places we stayed in Germany, it was included. Nothing was said until we checked out. While the breakfast spread was pretty good, with a family of four and kids just having a croissant and glass of juice, this was way too much money for breakfast for multiple days. We were never informed when we checked in, etc. The staff was unapologetic. Buyer beware. There is a much better bakery literally 30 steps out the front door. Getting hit with that extra bill was a major drag on the way out the door. Do better with transparency Hotel Adria.

This is a really great location to all areas of Munich, including Marienplatz. We enjoyed our stay so much. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. However, there is no air conditioning, so not ideal if you're travelling in summer months. The fans provided are loud.
