This is a 6-star property located in the most prestigious neighbourhood of Madrid and I had high expectations. In summary, it is a great hotel and I will stay again. Everything was excellent...the check-in, great room, cleanliness. Best location, near metro and many restaurants. 10/10 for sure.

This time we booked the superior double because we knew we would need to relax after a long drive. It was an excellent choice. Spacious, comfortable, clean, well luminated, powerful shower............worth the extra cost. Breakfast was again excellent. Scrambled egg and bacon cooked hot to order

The staff were really lovely at this hotel, I was really impressed by the kindness of the staff. It’s a nice hotel, not amazing, but great value for what it is and I would definitely stay again. The bed was very comfortable and bathrooms spotless and clean and the room was a great size.

Friendly staff snd cleanliness

Perfectly fine place just outside the major touristy areas. Good value. Space feels a bit like it was updated in the 80s, but comfortable, quiet snd conveniently located. Parking was a bit tricky- ended up parking about 3 blocks away and no parking was available with the hotel.

Hotel is always clean. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast very good.

Lovely staff, good location.Lovely walk to get into the centre with beautiful views.Convenient with supermarkets close by. Only slight nag is there was only a fixed shower head, no additional hand held shower lead. Otherwise great hotel, thank you to all the staff

Located south of Rio Tormes, roughly 15-20 min walk to the historic centre, crossing the Roman footbridge. Was able to park car for 2 days in front of the hotel, for free. Quiet neighbourhood, clean room, 1980's ambience.

A ten minute walk to the city centre partly through a park. Stayed here many times on my journey from Santander port to the Algarve.

Hotel looks ok on arrival, but once inside is tired and dated. Carpets on corridor floors are in dire need of replacement, room furniture showing its age, and the mattress had a definite dip in the centre. Bathroom was much better, however, and the shower was spacious with strong water pressure. All staff encountered were friendly and obliging. Breakfast was a good selection, but would it not be more sensible to place the glasses near the juices??

This was a stopover for us and served the purpose very well. Located on outskirts of the old town and easily accessible from motorways. Walk to old town takes about 25 minutes. Hotel service was very good and helpful. Room was large and had all the amenities we required. What we did like was the choice of having a full buffet breakfast (14 Euros) or an express breakfast comprising a hot drink, orange juice and grilled croissant for 4.5 Euros.

A bit far to walk to the old town, however safe. Hotel located in the industrial part of town with very few restaurants in the area. Hotel is pretty dated and old but clean and comfortable.

Our stay worked out perfect. Parking and breakfast and location wre excellent

Hotel was within walking distance to all the historic sites. Clean, comfortable room. Paid for underground parking.
