Fantastic hotel. Spacious rooms with excellent facilities. Very good value for money. Everything about this place is five star. Add that one of the most amazing cities I’ve ever visited.

Helpful staff. Clean room in conveniently located hotel. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was poor in so many ways, ground floor toilets was dirty as someone had toileted on the seat and also others were dirty. Twin beds were too close together On the positive it was a good location for the market square and castle, reception were really helpful from check in to,check out and in between, they were all friendly and professional and treated us like individuals rather than just another guest.

Loved this hotel, centrally located, really close to different shops and restaurants. The staff 10/10. Too bad I didn’t get to stay longer.

Everything was good

Breakfast was a bit of free for all. No-one greeted you and sat you to a table - surprising that no-one checked our room number after day1. This meant people hovering for a seat as you normally see in a busy MacDonalds. The breakfast in terms of continental was ok. The hot breakfast was unfortunately lacking - it was luke warm and some too hard and inedible. But the hotel in its decor and facilities otherwise was very good. Also surprised that activities in Krakow were not promoted with reputable organisations.

The hotel was staffed by very friendly concierge and cleaners. We enjoyed a massage which was really delightful after Krakow marathon

I stayed at this Hotel for a couple nights. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, but the decor needs refreshing. I had dinner in the Bar area on two occasions and the food was fantastic - well done to the Chefs. During the second night visit to the Bar, it was quite busy and there was only one operative doing everything (serving, making cocktails, clearing tables etc). I saw people including myself had to get up on several occasions to request for drinks or the bill. After I left the Bar, I went straight to the Front Desk and spoke with a Receptionist. On a positive note, the waiter operative was very friendly and did all that he could, so a massive well done to Roman. The location was fantastic and I would definitely consider staying again if I return to Krakow. Overall, it was a positive stay.

Great location (approx 5 minute walk to main square) , lovely hotel, good room and facilities , lovely bar to sit in. Breakfast was good too, staff helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay again

The Hotel has a good access to the Center. Condition was clean. Breakfast had variable options to eat.
