Gem of a hotel in Madrid. Modern clean love the ability to get snacks and drinks. Very helpful staff.

Brilliant staff, the snacks area near reception was superb great to relax after a day in the city. Whilst a little out of the city the cost and value make up for it.

Everything in this hotel is outstanding except the parking which is difficult everywhere in Madrid.

Very friendly member of staff on the front desk. Wifi works well. Room is spacious and was surprised there were free bottles of beer and fanta along with some snack bits like popcorn and pastries. Thanks

I don’t even know where to begin — ARTIEM Madrid Hotel completely blew me away. Staying there felt so perfect that I honestly didn’t want to leave… I wanted to live there. Everything was absolutely on point. The room was spotless, the blankets smelled amazing, and even the pillows were unbelievably comfortable. You can tell they pay attention to every detail. The staff was exceptional — friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made my stay feel extra special. I would definitely come back without a doubt. Thank you, ARTIEM Madrid, for everything. Really welcoming, comfortable room, great selection for breakfast/dietary restrictions. Bus stop across the road from the hotel takes you into the centre. Overall a great stay, would recommend.
