This is a lovely hotel but what makes it particularly special is the buffet dinner which was delicious (and different) both nights we stayed.

The hotel had excellent friendly helpful front desk agents. The food was delicious and the rooms were very nice. I was there on a family heritage research excursion and everything was wonderful.

Nice room and property. Good breakfast. It was nice that dinner was also included after a long day of traveling.

I love the inclusion of amazing breakfast and dinner. It makes this lovely property that used to be the Systembolaget just perfect.

The staff were terrific. Front desk personnel Anna Catherine and Matteo were outstanding and went out of the way to help us. They were outstanding.

It’s a nice hotel but they having a weird policy about the cleaning. If you want to have your room cleaned you have to tell the receptionist a day before, otherwise you have to clean yourself. It’s weird because that’s what you pay for to have a clean and fresh room everyday. Cleaning should be automatic like in every hotel. That is why you are booking a hotel not a hostel.

Beautiful property, the complimentary supper was delicious and so it was the restaurant ! Will recommend to anyone that comes to the City of Falun. Great place to stay

I stayed for a week as I was visiting a relative. Breakfast and dinner are available which is perfect. I really hate hunting for food. The staff -reception and restaurant - were friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel is affordable. My only worry is they are doing a huge amount of renovations (which I did not hear) which will probably raise the room rate to an amount I cannot afford again. I can’t imagine what they would be doing to improve the hotel. I thought it was perfect and it’s not the first time I’ve been there.

Very nice and friendly staff. Old building, not renovated recently so amenities are not so good. Room was very warm. There was no AC or climate control available. One small table fan was there that could not do much. We were looking forward for included meal but it was OK. There were no vegetarian options but staff was very kind and tried o make vegetarian food for us on our request. In terms of breakfast and dinner, it was ok. I would prefer not eating dinner there though.

Good complimentary evening meal. Parking was full and parking on the street rather expensive. Good location in town and comfortable bed.

Don't book for the sake of dinner meal. It's far from decent food. It wasn't even enough food for everyone. The breakfast is very simple too. Room is clean as they have standard other than that not much to offer.

Hela hotellet...så rent och fräscht,jättetrevlig personal och god kvällsmat samt frukost. Familjärt och mysigt,kommer gärna tillbaka. Vårt enda klagomål gäller ett störande ljud som återkom med jämna mellanrum på vårt hotellrum.
