As mentioned earlier, they held my Uber on the way to the airport. I frequently travel and have never been held in my room while they checked it. Since they have my information and credit card, I even stayed an extra day to leave the place peacefully. However, they treated me like a criminal.

I was stopped from leaving during checkout because they insisted I stay while they checked the room, even though they had my credit card on file. They even held up my Uber. It was unnecessary and humiliating. It made me feel unwelcome. I won't recommend to anyone, especially if is a male of color, to stay in this hotel. I’m considering filing a complaint about the receptionist and bellboy holding me against my will. If there was a problem with my room, which there wasn’t, I even throw my trash every day. So, why would they need me? What would they do if they found something wrong?

Nice Location. Not to far from the beach. Breakfast was very good. They gave us one key for three guests which was totally ridiculous. If we wanted another one we had to pay.

There were severe bed bugs in the bed - I mean severe - I had bites all over. I could not sleep. I had to clean all my clothes and get inflammation cream. It hugely affected my trip. I raised the issue and later emailed them about the issue but received no answer.

Smell + Smell + Smell: worse hotel condition in my entire professional and tourism life spanning across 25 years. I could not bear to stand even for 15 mins and room was extra tiny. Only location was in good area, the rest was unbearable, and I left in half an hour to other hotel. It was a total inconvenience by any standards.

Nice hotel about 10 minutes walk from the beach and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was also very good.
