Overall experience was great. Just be aware that parking for a van could be very tricky. Spaces are narrow and hight is 2.0 mts . Fortunately we were able to park outside the garage

kitcheck very basic did not have a pan

This was a great location. Very clean. I loved the kitchen and living room space. I didn’t get to use it but there was also a terrace on the 4th floor. I would return. Even though there was no person on site when I had questions I was able to text via WhatsApp and got prompt responses and help. Only 4 stars for the check in process because I was unable to check in prior online. Overall a great stay. I traveled with my mom, she loved it too.

This unit was advertised with Air conditioning. Upon arriving, the temperature in the unit was well over 28c and the thermostat could not be set. The hotel confirmed that heating was centralized and could not be controlled in the unit. They offered a fan to cool us down. What a joke! Had a hard time sleeping for 2 nights.

I stayed in the hotel for 20+ days in June 2025. The room was clean, well equipped and close to many good restaurants, grocery stores, the Metro, and shopping. Eban and Paula, who worked the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. I will stay there on my next trip to Madrid.

Tout était bien mis à part le processus de check-in à l'extérieur comme nous n'avions pas reçu notre numéro de réservation. Le processus est long et non-confidentiel étant donné que nous devons inscrire nos informations nominatives (no. passeport, adresse etc) sur un écran visible pour tous derrière nous. À notre avis, ce n'est pas digne d'un établissement de ce calibre. En regard de ce fait, nous émettons un bémol pour les autres visiteurs si la situation demeure la même.

I like the location and the condition of the property, but the communication was poor. Also the apartment was overpriced.

Small room, refrigerator smell, no napkins nor soap and the bathroom is not cleaned but the communications are great

We had the perfect stay, everything was clean and as described. The reception staff was super helpful and nice.

El aire acondicionado en la habitación es manejado por el propietario, por lo tanto sufrimos de calor en la habitación ya que NO pudimos poner la temperatura en nuestra habitación como queríamos. ¡Así que OJO con esto, más para verano que hace mucho calor en Madrid!

Reception is hardly ever manned. Communication is poor and amenities do not exist
