The major issue we had was actually just the room we were in. It was next to an alleyway that looked directly into the room at ground level. This required blackout blinds so we had no natural light in the room. The room location also meant there was lots of noise from the main floor that could be heard in the hallway.

Couldn’t keep the room warm! Even if the thermostat was showing 23 the room was super cold! The pillows are very uncomfortable, I kept asking for down pillows, and they kept bringing polyester pillow! On the positive side, they have great staff and always there to help

It was really nice

Overall, our stay was great. The only issue was that our room on the 6th floor faced the hotel’s back alley, where renovations are currently taking place. During the weekend, there was no disturbance; however, on Monday and Tuesday mornings, construction noise began at 9:00 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep in and forced us to wake up earlier than planned. The staff did not mention the renovations during check-in, nor were there any notices in the room advising us of the construction. A little bit disappointed

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for the Christmas markets and parking for our car. 10/10 will definitely stay here again

Price High, Internet it’s a an extra. Order a Spaghetti for my son in room service, they forget the order took 1 hour, charge for the room delivery and the tips 40$ for a spaghetti. Not impressed.

Beautiful room, clean and freshly renovated. Very quiet, large room with a comfortable bed. Great stay close to Vieux Quebec with plenty of restaurants and shopping options. Second Cup is next door if you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel.

The staff was fantastic, and the room was clean, but unfortunately the air conditioning unit was incredibly loud - and would run then shut off, then run then shut off, multiple times throughout the night, which kept waking me up. The shower water also took a significant amount of time to heat up, and there was no middle ground: either the water was scalding, or too cold. The hotel is well looked after, and in a great location, but it's also definitely showing its age.
