Room dirty with dust and not cleaned after my complaint. Breakfast and dinner are very basic with no minimum chouce of foods. It is a real shame and disgraceful for a supposed 4* hotel. The only positive point is the location.

Great location! Healthy breakfast and dinner included. Hepfull staff. Very close to restaurants and bars. Take the opportunity to visit Norra Stadsberget (1km) and Sidssjön (3km).

Room temperature out of control, very hot - had to change the room late in the evening. Breakfast could of been a bit beter.

Staff very helpful and food was outstanding

Nice hotel. Clean hardwood floor and good ventilation in room. Very good breakfast buffet. No refrigerator in room. Nice and helpful staff. I first got room 220, but frontdesk arranged so I could immediately switch to a better room. 220 has windows to an indoor corridor, and old carpet, should be made into storage closet.

Wonderful. The absolute hands down best hotel for which I've had the pleasure to stay. Staff are incredible. Nice, friendly and efficient. Breakfast and dinner buffets are awesome.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast included makes it a good value. However, does not accomodate families well as we had two rooms that were not adjoining. No family room options that I could book.
