Construction going on and I didn’t know about it . My the stay inconvenient

Did not stay the motel was under construction, very terrible atmosphere old furniture and very dusty trying to get a hold of someone at Expedia to be able to reschedule this day at another motel this coming Friday night please respond

Still under construction, all the amenities were not in the rooms yet, but very clean. Front desk people very very kind. The owners wife and son were there when we spilt something off the cart and the son (probably 10 years old) came running over and asked if we were ok and got down and helped pick up the sunflower seeds that split out of our stuff. Complemented his Mom for raising a very helpful and respectful son.

Was NOT aware of construction going on here. Room was not finished and it shouldn’t have been available to use. Very disappointed. Paid way too much for the condition it was in. Planning on a refund from Expedia for this !

The motel was being remodeled- didn’t know til 2 days before we went there. They said it as on their web site, but Expedia didn’t tell me. The room was clean but new furniture was as not in yet, so it was sort of bare bones. The staff was not very professional; no darkening curtains so big security lit up our room all night.

They had major renovation going on, but still had a good time.

Was clean. Bare concrete floors. Bare LED-bulbs for hall lighting. HRoom was tacky, but clean. There was NO closet in the room at all! Had to hang our clothes on chair backs and on suitcases. Hotel ads said it was an excellent hotel and nowhere in the ads major renovations were taking place. I had already paid in advance and she said no refunds and made me sign a paper saying I understood that they were doing renovations. I didn’t complain to the clerk because she’s not creating the awful rules of your company. Not ever using a Radisson facility again. I took pictures of the mess in the hall right outside our room. Will be writing to the CEO of Radisson and including photos. And, no discount was offered for our inconvenience. BTW, there was a waffle iron in breakfast room but no waffle batter. We saw no staff attending breakfast room. Oh and the flimsy toilet seat was loose and made a loud bang when we lit the seat down. And remember I have a witness and photos to share.

Property is under construction for remodeling

Got to see what it’s like to stay in an active construction zone. Looking at just the Expedia listing, it wasn’t apparent the hotel was under construction. There was supposedly a reduced rate due to this, but since we made the reservation through the Expedia app, I don’t think we got this reduced rate. So I would suggest looking at their website before making your reservation. The hotel served its purpose of being a bed to sleep on for the night for our 12+ hour trip. The lowest we could turn the AC down to was 71 and as a hot sleeper, that was frustrating. The breakfast is also nothing to write home about. Very subpar. Staff were friendly and dog was very cute!

I was not notified that this property was in the middle of a renovation when I booked it through Expedia. Shame on management for renting half renovated rooms at full price. I stay here twice a year and I will not be back! The doors had a 1.5-2” space from bottom of door to floor, no threshold was installed. We had to get extra towels to place in space for privacy. Window had no draperies but only a thin transparent shade. The parking lot lights made me feel like it was 7am all night long. Bed was hard and sitting on a bed frame only. Tiny pillows. Furniture was old and damaged. Please do not rent out partially finished\renovated rooms. You Lost a loyal customer!

The hotel is under renovations. Our room had been partially renovated. The furniture was not new yet and a couple of the pieces were broken. The room was on the third floor facing the front parking lot, which had very bright light lights for the parking area. Unfortunately the lights Were directly into our room, and the room did not have a dark shade. Therefore, our room was quite bright the entire night which prevented us from having good sleeping conditions. When we ask about a refund, she said that since we booked it through Expedia, that was not possible.

We have stayed here a few times the staff is only very friendly and hotel is clean

This hotel was completely dirty. They did tell us there was some construction but there is no excuse for how disgusting the actual rooms were to stay in.

This is one of the worst places to stay that I have ever been. Starting with the lobby, I walked in and one of the padded chairs arm rest was very tattered....In the room... The hardwood desk and TV credenza was scratched and had the stain and finish wore off around the the edge. The padded chair was like sitting on the floor or for kids. The carpet was filthy. both bedside lamps had electric outlets to plug into for phone, etc but that didnt work. The bed mattress was worn out....my feet was above my head and it was slanted towards the edge. In the bathroom, the floor tile was discolored and dirty along with the grout, the stool was low to the ground and made for children, no grab bar in the shower, the bathtub spigot was loose and had been recaulked but then it had cracked all around, the TP holder was so that you couldnt access it because it was totally at your backside, the toilet seat was loose,. This place was a disaster. Management should be ashamed!

Photos when I booked looked great, actual hotel is falling apart, stained and gross. Was very very unimpressed.

Beds were not good, barely slept. Water ran all over bathroom floor when in shower. Shower floor gave way every time you moved. Shower drain not fastened to floor. Blow dryer not working, when to front desk to ask for different one. Response was we are remodeling. Has nothing to do with the fact that I have dripping wet hair and no way to dry it. Not exactly how I wanted to start our anniversary trip in a baseball cap that thankfully my husband brought along. Pretty ridiculous. We will not be staying here for the rest of our trip.

The gal at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Thx for the nice stay.
