Staff were unhelpful and rude - especially getting seated in the restaurant at the hotel! Just left standing there until we left!

Overall a 2 out of 5, definitely not a 4. The restaurant was expensive and we could not even eat the food. Simple noodles and sauce, was just horrible. The shower head kept popping off and hitting my wife in the face and the AC? Forget it, it would not get below 73 degrees in the room with it on full blast for 2 days. It is an OK facility, but not worth the price.

Staff was very helpful

The hotel is very clean and the staff were really helpful. There was a lot of road noise and you could hear everything outside the window constantly which made it very hard to sleep.

Room spotless, staff were friendly and made accommodations as requested.

Basic business hotel. Hard bed. Water from the vending machine. Basic breakfast. People and staff were nice but 4 star hotel...not really.

Hotel and room was clean. Staff were helpful. Room was spacious. No tea or coffee in the room. 5 minute walk to Laurentina metro station. About 30 minutes to city/Termini station. Breakfast was very good and had wide variety. Restaurant was also good for dinner. Our only concern was that we were provided with a type of room that was not in line with my booking and the staff said they were fully booked.

Were not helpful. Restaurant and bar staff would ignore us poor service. Hard to get water and ice. Had to purchase from vening machine and was mineral water. Offered warm water in lobby. Patio was small and diffcult to go un and out. Do Not recommend

I really loved the hotel and will recommend it to my family! The Breakfast was amazing! My room was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly! Love that everything is near by! The metro, the bus station, shops and restaurants and taxis. Located in an excellent area. I will stay here again when I visit Rome in the future! Excellent hotel!
