Very clean room, good breakfast. Unfortunately the bed wasn't very comfortable.

The room was clean and seemed recently updated which was nice. We were in a two bed room. Both beds were very comfortable but one moved and squeaked. Front desk staff was great, breakfast was good and parking lot was also recently paved so no annoying divots or pot holes. My only real complaint was the heating/cooling system. It’s an older unit that was a bit loud. (I’m a light sleeper.) I didn’t bother complaining to the front desk because I doubt they could do anything about it. If they updated those units - this place would be 5 stars.

You can hear conversations/tv from other rooms if you are in a conjoined room. But other than that it was clean. Loved that they had smart tvs. Breakfast was good

Breakfast was good. Drain in shower was partially blocked, other than that, decent. Staff friendly.

Place was easy to find. Super easy check in/check out. Food was good for breakfast. Kids loved the pool. Room was clean. Would stay again 100%

We have used this hotel several times due to its proximity to the Burlington GO so that we can attend concerts and plays in Toronto. Good value for the cost. The room was clean and the staff are always friendly. The complimentary breakfast is not as good as it has been in the past. The garbage can was overflowing and it does not appear to be staffed. Some Nutella or berries for the waffle station would be nice to have for those of us that don’t like syrup.

Last minute choice to stay in Burlington and I chose this Best Western. Great location for the 403 or QEW. Nice size room, clean and a comfortable bed. Easy walking to Scaddabush restaurant. Very close to the place I had to be at in the next morning. I would return.

Great place to stay. Close to Burlington GO station. Save yourself a little money by not staying on Toronto. Use this Hotel often for ballgames and concerts in Toronto. Recently renovated. Happy customer 😊

The hotel and room were overall quite nice. I did find some ‘hairs’ on the bathroom floor upon check in which was a bit unpleasant to find. Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast was basic but good for a quick bite to eat.

The hotel and room were all very nice. The breakfast was very good. However, we were there when an entire travel hockey team of middle school kids were there for the night. The kids were completely unsupervised while they were in the hote swimming pool and hot tub. The hot tub said no more than 5 people at a time and there was 15 of them in there. The kids were throwing furniture into the pool. The parents were in the next room not even aware of what was happening. One kid about 15 years old was choking on water he swallowed and was spitting it all over the pool. Was really gross. We complained to the staff at the hotel but there was not much they could do.
