This is supposed to have an award-winning breakfast, however, due to the strike, I have to believe that the breakfast was limited. Location was great. I was literally in the shower when I discovered that the shampoo containers were empty. I had to call down for a refill which they did quite quickly. This was a last-minute Hotel change due to the strike Respectfully, Hotels.com should have paid for the cost differences of the hotels when the Radisson Blu close their hotel for the strike. Radisson broke their contract with Hotels.com. My contract with Hotels.com was still intact. BAD FORM Hotels.com!!!!!!

Unfortunately there were a lot of conferences going on in the hotel. We had a room on the far side of the hotel where we had to navigate stairs and a long walk past the many meeting rooms and people at the meetings, also on the Saturday night there was a night conference/party with food and champagne and music which became noisy on the evening. We always stay here but next time this hotel will not be our first choice. The breakfast is always exceptional but with the amount of guests it was very crowded and found it a problem to find a table at peak times. I was asked at reception on check in would I like the room cleaned and fresh towels on the second day and I said yes. This request did not happen which is bad considering that the hotel is not cheap to stay at.

Asked for extra face towel and never got one.

Delicious and impressive breakfast. Our room was average but fine. Looked out on the Highway and railroad tracks.

This hotels needs an upgrade. Stayed in a premium room, but did not feel premium at all. Tired inventory. Extremely cold, not possible to turn on heating in the bathroom, thermostat was locked to 5 degrees celcius. Tv with no streaming or casting possibilites. Slightly broken furniture and overall a feeling of staying in a room ten overdue for a rehabilitation. Ice cube machine was broken on all 4 floors i checked. The common areas were also cold. Posters claiming eco-friendliness was the reason for this were all over. Enviromental awareness is great but it reduced the comfort a lot. The staff was really friendly - location is amazing and the breakfast had a huge selection av good food. The price gave higher expectations. There is no feeling of luxury here. If you seek that, maybe splurge a little more sn stay at Britannia. If you just want a nice room and good location, Royal Garden is close by with more modern rooms and a cheaper price. Will not stay here again

Med tanke på at hotellet var tatt ut i streik fungerte alt svært bra. Frokosten var utmerket og personalet var hyggelig og imøtekommende under hele oppholdet.

Litt slitt men rent. Dårlig parkering. God frokost selv i streiken.
