Clean rooms and helpful staff.

Room not in very good conditions.

Booked a king size bed and was sent to a double bed room. when called reception they offered a refund as long as restroom and bed weren’t used. Since it was a busy holiday they rented our room out to someone else and didn’t respect the reservation made. Took advantage to make a quick buck.

Grate location ok rooms kinda old and outdated

. My wife is handicapped, but they insisted on giving us a room in the second floor. The elevator is broken so my handicapped wife has to go up two flights of stairs every time we go to the room.

Not all the rooms have A/C that should be clarified , the bed comforter had a stain and the personal not very friendly, even the cleaning staff talking out loud on personal calls while cleaning

Staff is very helpful and polite.

Close to the center

It was very close to the Cathedral, good location. Installations are older but very clean

Great customer service.

We expected more from a Howard Johnson chain hotel. But we were warned when we went to the elevator and the entrance was black with years of use. The hotel itself was clean, but outdated. The bathroom bars were rusty and the towels were threadbare. There was a hair dryer, but it didn’t work. The plugs and light switches were totally outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable. The hallways were not lighted well and the carpet seemed to be from the 70’s. Good thing the floor in the bedroom was not carpeted! We ate breakfast there one morning. Decent but slow and not anything to get excited about. We had to ask for things several times before they were brought to us. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend staying there.
