Great service and staffing. The only thing that needs upgrade is the A/C system. Wide selection of breakfast, can last you till dinner:):). Fantastic dinner especially including all drinks. Strongly recommend to include breakfast and dinner in your booking.

Clean, friendly staff, comfy bed, in a nice area, only a few minutes walk to the beach which is beautiful. Lots of shops and restaurants locally.

I loved every single day , the staff were very kind , the service was impeccable, the food ...OMG we all loved the food so much !!! This was all a really unforgettable experience for our family. We stayed there for 6 days and we had a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed the surroundings as the park was very close , the games that they played which were organized by the hotel staff and also the walks to the sea. Perfect choice for our holiday. Perfect holiday with the family. The best choice, clean rooms, helpful staff, food for all tastes, delicious desserts, it's like heaven...I definitely left with extra pounds after a 4-day stay. The children were very happy because they have the park nearby and the big beach is very easy to walk...only 5 minutes walk. We can't wait to come back.

Great place, plenty of staff on and really helpful. Aitor on reception was excellent. Room was big and clean. I really enjoyed it here and would come back. Other reviews are surprising. Entertainment when I was here so that was a laugh. Poolside had great music, plenty of lounge chairs.

Rooms were very old fashioned, not like pictures. Safe and wifi was an extra charge. Sauna was not working.

Hotel in need of refurbishment

Booked a double was given a twin on arrival because apparently you're just applying for a double. No refund for the difference offered. Worn feel to the place, found far too much hair in the room to feel comfortable but as was only stopping for one night let it slide.

Really nice place to visit not far from the beach, comfy and clean rooms, breakfast had a variety of nice foods, lots of restaurants and places to go out at night.

The food was horrible.

We stayed on a friday & It was extremly noisy around the pool until 1h00am.

A very cozy hotel to stay in. The size and amount of guests can be frightening at first but the excellent staff on board are ready to assist you. The room we were in was great overlooking the pool, which we couldn’t use as it was not in season. But from our room looks great. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and the chef was there to make sure all was up to standard.
