Very comfortable stay. It’s 15 to 25 minutes drive from city centre but I would recommend taking the bus which picks up at property entrance. Good breakfast and parking.

The service was incredible and our dog was treated like a valued guest! Would recommend to anyone travelling with their dog.

Room was lovely but the beverage caddy was dirty but was replaced when I notified the receptionist

I only write this review as there was no one on reception when I left at 7am. The shower head in room 26 needs replacing, or possibly fixing. It is an odd design which I’ve not seen before but water gushes out from all angles, making it difficult to have a shower whilst the bathroom ends up a watery mess. I only booked an accessible room as it was the cheapest option but anyone with a disability would struggle with this. Urgent fix required for the next occupant. Otherwise the usual comfortable stay and friendly staff, just lacking Nevada.

The staff were truly pet friendly and knowledgeable. I've never felt more welcomed in a hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay especially for pet parents.

Very comfortable and good sized room, despite the proximity to the airport and main road, we didn’t experienced any noise disturbances from either. The ‘pub’ on site was great, good menu and attentive staff. Breakfast was excellent- the ‘senior gent’ working there is a fabulous asset and really went out of his way to make everything perfect. Thanks for a lovely stay.
