Clean and comfortable.

Hotel is ok but the parking was in construction and not safety. Mabey change the Ac cooler machine it's to old and noisy a lot

This hotel looks like newly renovated, the floor is shiny and the bathroom is amazing. All in all, I have a good experience in this hotel.

Rooms are excellent. Clean and comfortable.

The Shower barely supply enough water pressure.

This hotel has been tastefully renovated. I’m familiar with all the hotels in Kingston and for the price I paid it was the best value in Kingston by a long shot. Everything is clean and well kept although there were a couple of hairs on the shower wall.

No breakfast, no room service, front desk staff is not good

It was a decent hotel, but the room we stayed In was disappointing. The shower had absolutely no water pressure. When taking a shower, I had to get down I. My hands and knees to use the bottom facet to get the shampoo out of my hair. I informed the staff and they said they were going to look into it.

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Strata hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. I would stay here again.

Rom was a little tight for space because of oversize furniture (Desk, dresser). Bathroom was amazing! Very clean and modern. We has two queen beds, very comfortable. Staff were unfailingly pleasant.
