Helpful staff, spacious room, great location

Sorry didnt have Bfast but they have a free coffee in a nice room plus they sell items needed when you stay in hotels. Lucky for us that we always find the last space right by the back door of the Hotel. Staff in this Hotel are the Best! Friendliness, Knowledge and give you the Best and Excellent Customer Service!

Great hotel

Great room. Had a kitchen which we weren't expecting. Clean room and premises. Walkable to many downtown locations and easy access to train/bus stops. Would stay again.

DO not pay for parking. This place charges you 1/3 of the hotel price for parking , then proceeds to stuff you in an overflow gravel parking lot downtown Calgary.. Extremely unacceptable. And a money grab at that..

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Parking lot was full but overflow parking is easy to find, close and large!

Nice, affordable hotel in downtown Calgary. The room was nice, clean, staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay, location was convenient for our weekend plans. Would stay again.

Rooms are a bit tight and had basement type windows on the 5th floor? But was good for what I paid

The room was great. It was well furnished and very clean. The staff especially at night were very friendly! The whole cleaning staff was very nice even Maria. She was very welcoming and told me if I needed anything to give her a ring. 10/10 place. Will definitely head back here when I get the chance again.

The room was ok. Having to pay $25 a day for parking was unexpected. After checking in around 6pm we found the toilet was broken. Calling down we were told the maintenance man has left and we had to listen to the toilet run all night. My wife called the next morning on when it would be fixed and was told they had not been told from the day before. They did fix it that afternoon. I would rate our stay as mediocre.

Yes
