Quiet and cozy for a weekend getaway

Great little stay!

I asked for a room with a smart tv. It took them to find it after 4 rooms. We was told when booking to add in notes. The room was nice just didn’t get any room service until we asked. Was there 4 days. Other wise very nice clean relaxing place

It’s a nice place. But it’s unfortunate that they don’t allow for a late checkout. I could understand during peak summer season; but the place was near empty in February. I’ve stayed in other places in Lake Geneva during off season and they were very generous with allowing late check out. I was even willing to pay extra. I’ll be looking elsewhere next visit to town.

Everything was great

The rooms are clean, beds were very comfortable and the location to the city is top notch.

Not feeling it

We were in 247 we have ants in the bathroom bad both night. Told one of the guys that was either maintenance or housekeeping. And said he would send somebody and never send anybody..

Everything was comfortable and perfect for a couples weekend away. There were a lot of families for the long weekend, but our room was very quiet.

The room was not at all what was pictured on the room choices. It was very outdated with mismatched furnishings. You could feel the springs in the couch when you sat in it. It did have a gas fireplace and kitchenette but there was no jacuzzi tub. The tub was deep but the plug didn’t even work to take a bath. I don’t have a lot to spend on rooms but in this case I splurged to have a jacuzzi. This was absolutely not what I paid for. It was also very loud. Lots of thumping and shouting outside and upstairs until well after midnight. I could have paid half this price and had a much nicer room at a holiday in express.

The room was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Perfect location so you can walk everywhere.

I love that there was so much to do in the area and at the Cove.

Elevator wasn’t working properly. Very convenient but old needs an upgrade.

Our room was right by the entrance and the walls provided no soundproofing. We were woken up multiple times by people coming in and out of the building. The room was clean and the staff was friendly

There were a few issues with the unit. There was no hot water in the shower. The fireplace didn’t work nor did the TV there was someone out very quickly to address these issues but we still ended up taking cold showers every day of our stay. We were told to just let the hot water run for 30 minutes and the shower should be hot. We stay here very often and have never had a hot water issue

Lovely space and staff

The hotel is very close to all of the downtown restaurants and shops. It has a beautiful view of Geneva Lake. The swimming pool was very big and the hot tub was good sized also. The location of this hotel definitely makes it a great place to stay. The elevators are very slow and seem to be old. The Jacuzzi tub in our room did not work. The hotel seems to be older, but it looks as though they are taking some steps to remodel.
