Great breakfast and price at restaurant. Great location.

The room was perfect, clean. I needed to be close to an exit on main floor for my pet, and had this, choosing one of the main 7 entrances close to my room. Only thing, the outside door was not locked the evening I arrived, and could be open by anyone , by pulling on both doors simultaneously. Problem was corrected by morning.

The room was very clean and updated nicely. The gal at the front desk was so kind and helpful. And the restaurant was amazing.

Bathroom wasn’t great.

Generally it was a good staying experience. But, there was hair on the bed when opening the blanket. Furthermore, no one answered the phone for room service as such I had to call the recpetion desk for providing items.

It was a drive-up room. The room was fine but surprised to see only a latch on top acting as the lock for the exterior door. Just touch the handle and the door pooped open, had to be slammed shut. Maybe the deadbolt on the door could have the hole drilled into the door frame so it could be used.

The room was comfortable, convenient and clean. Two complaints: 1. Only three pillows on the bed, why not four?? We asked for one more but did not get a response. 2. A large group of students (perhaps 12 years old or so) were staying in the hotel and making a lot of noise in the halls until quite late.

Room was clean and hotel staff were pleasant to deal with.

Room was really clean and modern could use updated televisions or a Roku stick , the staff was extremely helpful during check in during the stay as well as during check out food was a little expensive but was good for breakfast

Room spotless and staff courteous

Internet not stable. Got disconnected several times during the stay. Not a good experience when doing a presentation online. Other than that, the staff are friendly. The weight room needs some TLC. Rusted equipment.

Chambre propre sans tapis, nous avons profité des installation de la piscine et de conditionnement physique. Très bien situé pour aller au centre d'achat le Regent à pied en passant par en arrière. Peut se rendre en voiture également par l'arrière.

Nice rooms

There were a variety of issues with my stay - the person who parked their vehicle outside my room and blared their music so I couldn't sleep, the free Wi-Fi which didn't work, the lack of stir sticks to stir my morning coffee and the very uncomfortable bed. To top it off when I checked out this morning and the front desk staff how my stay was and I told them all this, they just smiled and didn't say anything or do anything. Terrible customer service.

The bathroom so old needs to be updated and the tub was 0ld and deteriorated it wouldnt even drain.The mattresses were so old they were worn in the center.Had to wait at the desk for 10 plus minutes to get service.Will never stay here again.
