Extremely clean, pool not directly connected to the hotel, no fridge or tea & coffee making facilities in room, no courtesy shower room available upon departure, no tea/coffee available before cafe opening time. Air con excellent & rooms modern with spectacular sea view. Within half an hour walk into Alicante city

We only stayed one night. Basic room, clean but smelt badly of cigarette smoke. Good buffet breakfast. We arrived at 2am and staff were friendly and able to provide the room key. However, at 2am there were no parking spaces available anywhere near to the hotel and so we had to drag our golf clubs a long way. We had a decent price and so overall we were happy.

Amazing hotel very good location and very good stuff.

Hotel was nice. Got a nice room with a view of the beach. Staff were always friendly. Location is nice, along the waterfront and outside of the hussle and bussle of town. The hotel has a restaurant and there are also several more restaurants right next door. Only downside was that the pool is only open during the summer.

Was a lush hotel and staff were super accommodating

Breakfast ok The rooms are clean, and big but not many ammenities are provided such as tissues.Cab use some repair or a more modern deeling. Overral the stuff was nice and helpfull Except for the arrival date. They advertised the Restaurant open till 23 PM well early afternoon we decided to get a bite 2 people in the kitchen will be looking at us ignoring us completely After my husband and I stood there for over 20 minutes we decided to go somewhere else

Clean room friendly staff

We wee upgraded to a balcony room facing the sea which was lovely. The room was spacious and very clean. The house-keeping staff were pleasant and obliging. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful as were the restaurant/kitchen staff.

Excellent hotel, spotless with friendly and efficient staff. Very welcoming and accommodating, we changed rooms after first night as we hadn’t booked a sea view, this was done without fuss. Food great , good choice on the half board menu , speedy service. The bar didn’t open until 7.00pm , maybe different in high season . Would recommend

Bedroom door doesn’t close properly, had to keep a chair by it. Very noisy outside, banging door, workmen, machinery, talking etc.

The food was not good. The service in the restaurants was poor (one lady was working very hard, but she alone couldn’t do everything). The food was cold and not pleasant. We were half board but couldn’t eat there the second night so chose to pay to eat out.

Clean large room, great staff

Lovely stay. Well done to the cleaner, she kept my room so lovely. They also kindly gave me a kettle and small fridge on request, which meant I felt very settled for my five night stay. There are many restaurants and shops super close (but there is a very small grocer) and you can Uber eats. They have a tiny gym which is a nice touch, just a treadmill and a couple of bikes, and weights. Overall I had a lovely time and would come back again

Well proportioned room and clean

Cannot fault cleanliness or staff,all very helpful. The let down is the evening menus, yes value for money but would rather pay extra and have a proper meal. I think area around restaurant is also a bar but does not seems like one. It does not encourage guests to sit and have a drink. Pool excellent which was my main reason to stay,quiet and not busy.

Great location-clean room-great staff

Not much outside around the hotel in terms of eating and drinking. Quite isolated. Hotel was great though.

Dining was excellent plenty of variety of good quality foods Air conditioning wasn't great eorked sometimes didn't other times Had problems with taxis waited an hour and 20 mins to go to city on one evening had to watch out for other guests skipping queue for taxis especially younger ones There needs to be a better system sorted there Bedroom was comfortable would have preferred a double bed cleaning was excellent Beach was a tiny cove ,have to get transport to a proper beach ,Pool area lovely and pool clean Cheap and cherful alround good stay
