This hotel is located in a perfect area and not a long walk from the center. The entire staff is kind and pleasant; we always felt welcomed when we entered the hotel. Not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms and the size is perfect for two guests. I will definitely book this hotel in the future.

My go to hotel in Sevilla. Nice place, good breakfast, in the best residential area. Plenty of shopping, food, bars. Walking distance to everywhere including all major sights.

Nice propriety close to old town(a bridge away) looks new or at least remodeled , modern but walls paper thin . You can hear neighbors conversation and maid cleaning next room early morning.Strange, at least, when in Europe walls are brick and mortar!?Anyway they are very nice and front desk has an amazing team day or night shift. We were there 4 nights and ALL the guys at the front desk were top notch. It felt like a 5 star hotel because of them. All and all recommended for a stay in beautiful Seville.

The staff in the hotel were excellent. Especially Eleanor - The manager . Breakfast was varied and service excellent.

Lovely hotel in a good location. The lady at reception was very nice and welcoming. Rooms were quiet despite facing the main road. Shower was lovely but no fan in the bathroom.

Great hotel just across the river from the Cathedral and Real Alcazar in the Los Remedios area. A really good neighbourhood vibe but close to all the main sites.

Fantastic customer service and really lovely hotel, clean and located in a lovely area not far from the centre only a 20 minute walk with some lovely picturesque views when crossing the bridge. Would highly recommend. Only niggle was the Netflix wasn’t connecting for us which wasn’t much bother and we didn’t really ask to get it fixed

The hotel is in a perfect area near a pedestrian only street with many cafes and eateries. Onsite parking was full so we got instructions on a nearby underground lot about 3 minute drive and 2 minute walk. We arrived a bit early and they had a room available right away and the staff were very helpful and gracious. We took the HOHO bus around and wandered this beautiful city. One of the most wonderful places to visit and we would go back in a heartbeat because we couldn't see it all in one day (and we'd definitely stay in this hotel again too)

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were able to walk to the city center.

Amazing hotel and stay. We came as a family of three with 10yo. The spa pool area is AMAZING, definitely make use of it! Hotel is well situated walking distance to attractions and public transport. Staff are wonderful. We left as the rains started and the lady at the front desk was fantastic, she helped us flag down a taxi and held an umbrella over us in the torrential downpours.

Nice place to stay. Local restaurants were not very accommodating.

Property was good and clean. Staff were helpful. Location was great as it was close to the central with loads to do. Breakfast was ok and you are not allowed to take it from the canteen which was tough after a long night. There was no iron while we were there, but there was a steamer, so come prepared.

overall great hotel

The staff was amazing. The shower in our room was causing flooding in the room below so we had to leave the room until it was fixed (no big deal) as we were on our way out. It was my birthday and the staff surprised me with a nice treat of fruit and sweets and free drinks from the bar. Very thoughtful!
