Hotel is in very poor ;location, far from city center and in rundown neighborhood.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms and bed very comfortable with lots of contemporary amenities. Out of the way - a ten minute walk into town.

We are not happy because no sir conditioner Only calefacción (heater) 24grados outside We have to open a window them the noise don’t let us sleep well Sorry this happened we book a AC Marriott specially for air conditioner and modern and clean , on the especification it say air conditioner Sad it was not on

Great place to stay in ponferrada.

this was a great place to stay in ponferrada. we would definitely stay here again.

The only thing to mention as not good is the WiFi. Horrible. Very slow when works, if works. Everything else very good.

Stay was wonderful… room was great… Lucia at the front desk was the best … she went out of her way to make sure our visit was perfect

Staff was incredible. I arrived on bicycle and asked about where I could put the bike for the night and they actually put it inside in a conference room. Above and beyond.

It's fine for a smaller town, but they could improve significantly by watching the details for example on the entrance. Doesn't feel professional. Feels like a neighborhood hotel which can be good, but not if you're from outside of town. Parking is an issue.

Good for pilgrimage

Very good service, good value for price, within walking distance of old town.

Very nice stay. The room was nor very big but it was clean and comfortable. I requested a quiet room because I was on work trip and thei allowed me to check the two available rooms to chose the most quiet one. Very well located in a secure area very close to the castle area with lots of nice restaurants. If I ever return to Ponferrada I will stay here for sure.

Walking distance to old town and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and provided great information regarding parking.

The hotel was in a great location only a short walk from all the cafes and tourist spots.

The hotel was very nice,the luggage drop off was easy and the parking was just across the street and the cost was reasonable
