The check-in process is simple, the hotel location is easily accessible by public transportation, the view around the hotel is beautiful, close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Location is superb, near optus stadium and bar and restaurant.

Their reception was only 7am-7pm. When we realized that the wifi cannot be accessed at 8pm when we return to hotel, we cannot get anyone to help us. Room make over was to be every 5 days, which means in our short 2 days stay, there was no room makeover. Basic amenities such as toiletries and drinking water are not in the room. Car parking is full, so we have to pay overnight at public carpark. Sound proofing from lift lobby is not there.
