There were a lot of hair in the hub tub… I’m bald!!! Not good

Room was clean but rest if property was dirty

The room was pretty dirty. Blood stain on the curtain, a lot of trash behind the bed. Just grimey

My experience here was disappointing. I am ok with eco-friendly policies so when it said you would only receive fresh towels after 3 days I was ok with it. The problem was that the staff never changed the towels. I came in late every night and was expecting towels on my 3rd night. Nope. The morning of day 4, I went by the office and complained. Also complained about the mini-frig not working right (everything froze and was ruined). Lady on the desk promised to bring fresh towels and check the settings on frig. No concern for the items I lost. Came in late-no new towels, no frig. Went to desk at 11:30 pm. Man said he would try to find some but if he didn't show up in a few minutes, I wouldn't be getting them. Guess what? No fresh towels. So I spent 5 days in a Wyndham hotel with no fresh towels, no working frig, no trash can cleaning, vending machines that were out of order or wouldn't take dollar bills, and destroyed food in the frig. Also, when I checked in, there was a used bar of soap in the shower with hair on it. Hotel employee came by and asked if I had called because the room was out of shampoo. I told him I didn't call but there were no items like that in my room. So he gave me shampoo and shower gel but said they were out of soap. The room itself was not bad but this is a VERY poorly run hotel. The management does not take care of the guests and couldn't care less. I can't believe this place is owned by Wyndham.

Very dirty from floors to bed to bathroom

I know this is a budget style hotel so I wasn't expecting much. The room we got smelled of urine and we tried to pretend it wasn't there but ultimately had to ask to change rooms. The 2nd room smelled of cigarette smoke but was much better than the 1st room. After a couple of beers I didn't really notice it anymore though :)

When I first arrived, the lights in the room didn’t work, so I told the staff and they kindly moved me to another room. The shampoo and body‑wash dispensers in the bathroom were empty, but when I mentioned it they brought me full bottles right away. The hair‑dryer didn’t work. There was no TV remote, but the staff immediately provided one when I asked. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Because it was Independence Day season, other hotels were outrageously expensive, but this one was relatively affordable. Breakfast could use some improvement—I wish they’d at least offer bananas and fried eggs. The coffee was so weak it tasted like plain water; I hope they’ll serve proper coffee. The surrounding scenery was beautiful. Whenever I raised an issue, the staff handled it right away. Friendly service—good overall!

The room is dirty. The window curtain is not clean. The floor is sticky. Lack of cleanliness of the room..

Dirty. Breakfast included is really nothing to eat. Constant smell of cannibus and cigarette. Don’t waste your money

rooms with sticky vinyl flooring. poor bath room maintenance.

Really grossed out here. The bed bottom was dirty. There was trash and dirt on the floor behind the bed. The bathroom sink wouldn’t properly turn off. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The curtains had stains on them. One of the towels was dirty. Towel rack hanging out of the wall.

There were bed bugs! I got bit!

Nice room. Bathroom could use a little pick me up but room was clean overall. Lots of space. Breakfast was nice addition.

The grounds were fair. The room I was in was wretched. As soon as I went in I could see it was dirty and had a bad smell. I turned up the air and left fan on in room hoping it would help. Ileft to meet friend for dinner. It didn't help. The counters and desk tops were dirty, there was no hand soap in bathroom, no body soap in shower, the sheets did not look clean. The pillows looked and smelled dirty. The refrigerator stunk. The AC unit was disgustingly dirty- chunks of dirt and dust hanging out of vents and in disrepair. I couldn't sleep at all from the smell and have been coughing all day since I left. I should've asked for another room but I thought it's only one night how bad can it be? That was a mistake. Never again Super 8.

Gross

It was basically “ok” considering the cost. The “continental breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, coffee and milk. No creamer for coffee, no toast/bagels or muffins. Our room was clean. The cleaners kept letting the cleaning closet door slam shut across the hall beginning early in the morning. We woke up to a large puddle of water under the air conditioner. Another customer left yelling down the hall way to customers at the front desk that he wouldn’t stay there. We overheard him telling the manager that his room had been changed 3 times for various reasons, (the tv didn’t work in one room, one room wasn’t clean.) my fiancé commented to the front desk clerk the next day that “that customer was pretty upset yesterday.” His response was, “we get that a lot”! Would not stay there again.

Stayed here many times, but this time they were short-staffed so we had to wait 35 minutes for the room to be cleaned. Otherwise a nice stay.

Upon arrival the room was unacceptable - the bed was dirty (mattress pad stained so thoroughly you could see it through the sheets) and the toilet was leaking water on the bathroom floor. They had no other rooms available, but the front desk said they could offer a refund if we didn’t want to stay. We agreed, they found that because we booked through hotels.com we’d have to go through that site for the refund. We left to find another hotel and reached out to hotels.com. 3 days later hotels.com informs us they have not been able to get approval from the manager for the refund and can’t help us. So we didn’t have a room (ended up driving another hour because everything was booked in the area due to some regionals or something), and have had to pay the full price.

Nice clean and comfy

The room was ok...but the fridge and microwave was dirty....when i called front desk they never answered
