Let's be fair, the hotel is old and some of the carpets are a little tired; but it's very clean, the staff are excellent, the location is good and the pricing very reasonable. Breakfast was first class.

This hotel is very conveniently located. It is clean and comfortable except for the heavy duvets on the beds and no top sheet. Even with the windows open we sweat most of the night, but it was too chilly to remain uncovered.

Great location but accessing the parking required help from the staff which was not entirely convenient. The staff was friendly and we appreciated that the hotel had parking.

Nice reasonably priced hotel very close to the Place Jaude (in effect the centre of Clermont-Ferrand), but in a fairly quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast.

Property was centrally located in walking distance of the shopping area and sites. As a result throughout the night lots of young people returning from a night on the town made sleeping a bit of a challenge. Our balcony thank goodness on the second floor he no lock on it. Parkade was very interesting, made only for smaller vehicles it was a very tight squeeze to get through the gate and then up a very steep slope to the parking stalls (with our rental we ended up having to take two stalls).

Easy to get to by car. Offers parking. Walkable to city sites and multiple dining option.

It was very central, near the Cathedral in a pleasant location with secure parking.

There are a lot of external renovations going on at The Kyriad atm To the extent that a couple of workmen were outside our bedroom window whilst we were still in bed !! The rooms are very small and dated as are the bathrooms

It Was being refurbished but My room was excellent & staff wonderful.

Property was good BUT after a couple of days of hot rooms while on our travels we specifically booked this hotel/room which said it had a/c. It didn't, just hot air as it was supposedly still winter! Had to try sleeping with the windows open and city noise! Staff were not sympathic.

Everything was perfect except towels which are very cheap quality like 1 star hotel. Management should change to a better quality conform to 3 stars hotel.

The hotel is very old. Parking site is horrible; dark and you won’t feel safe. Very narrow for car to go through. 15 euros for one night. I booked there for the EV car charging but all charging station were full. The hotel elevator is old. You can see through the door when it goes up. The building is old. I don’t understand how can they charge so high price for this kind condition

The standard double room was very small, not even able to open our luggage properly. We have to crossover the luggage once we opened it fully if we wanted to get to the other side of the bed. The heater was not working during our two-night stay. Even the towel rack has no heat too. This hotel is most likely 2.5 stars, not even reached a 3-star hotel standard yet. The price tells it matched the standard. No hanger or wardrobe in our room, not match to the picture shown. Don't have a hanger to hang our coat and clothes. The good thing about this hotel is the location, it's near the supermarket and Place de Jaude. Easy to find nice restaurants nearby. The receptionists were friendly and helpful to recommend us to the local dining venues. And there are plenty of public parking slots outside the hotel which is 7 pm to next day 9 am free parking.

Our stay was good overall. However, I was charged for the room at checkout and only discovered later that I had already paid when I booked originally. This is a serious error and I am now trying to get a refund which is a hassle.
