Honestly, the only thing that gives this hotel a top rating is its location. It is incredibly central and very close to the main train station. The entrance looks nice and exclusive, and the lobby gives a good first impression as well. But that’s where it ends. There are two small elevators that do not seem capable of handling the number of guests staying at the hotel. The hallways are dark, and the carpets are worn out. The rooms and kitchenettes look like they passed their best-before date in the 1990s. Everything feels dated and worn. The air conditioning is noisy and fails to provide adequate cooling during summer temperatures. The breakfast area also lacks the capacity to accommodate the number of guests who are expected to eat at roughly the same time. The selection is okay, but the coffee machine is slow. The rooftop bar and pool area have only 12 sun loungers, which is nowhere near enough to meet demand. I would also have appreciated more service-minded and attentive staff. In short, I would give the hotel 10 points for its location. For everything else, it gets only 1.5 points.

I booked this hotel last minute and found it to be quite satisfactory. Yes, the furniture is old and there’s no A/C , but the suite is very spacious with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Housekeeping came by daily and did a great job. The hotel also provides laundry services, which was very convenient. There’s a nice breakfast buffet for only 14€, a total steal. Staff is polite and respectful. The location is superb - very close to Rossio Square - and there was very little noise from both the street and neighboring rooms. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel!

Respectfully, this is one of the worst hotels i’ve been to. At first when you walk into the lobby it’s easy to be fooled by the clean and well organized looks, but don’t be, as soon as you’ve passed the lobby it all goes downhill. The elevators are very small and slow, everything in every room and corridor is very shabby and old looking, the tap water in both the shower and the sink shifts between either super hot water or super cold water every 5 seconds, the aircon is barely working and only lets out an awful sound, the pool area is also very plain and boring looking, there are barely 10 sunbeds and everyone had to lay on the hard stone floor. And don’t let me forget to tell you about the dining area, it is so small that only around 15-20 people can fit and have a place to sit and eat. Apart from all this, it is located very well next to both the metro and the bus, and many restaurants are nearby to choose from. The staff at the hotek could’ve been more engaging and helpful.

I had a great stay at this hotel. While the building is a bit older, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. The location couldn’t be more convenient — right in the heart of Lisbon and within a 10-minute walk of just about everything you’d want to see. The pool wasn’t heated, so it was quite chilly in October, but it was still nice to have the option. Breakfast was excellent, with a full buffet and plenty of choices to suit everyone. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a great base for exploring the city

Our first night was unpleasant because of the location of our room. The room itself was fine, but we heard a lot of noise during the night and in the early morning. However, when we mentioned this to the hotel staff, they immediately arranged a new room for us that was in a much better location with a great view. The hotel is also conveniently located in the downtown area with access to many restaurants and stores. The hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful.
