The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious. Prices were good, breakfast was very good with lots of food choices. There was eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, juice, tea, coffee, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt and fresh fruit as well as a fresh fruit salad and waffles. I walk every day and felt safe walking around the property alone early evening. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with Bassere (I forgot how to spell his name, sorry about that). He was so so nice. We had a great conversation and he was helpful and funny. Nice guy. Good location with easy access to everything. Mall of New Ham0shire approximately 10 minute drive. Beautiful parks close by (again, approximately 10 minutes by car). Thank you for a great stay. Will definitely come back another time.

Charged me for room when already paid through Expedia. Should have bath mats in tub -- very slippery. Need better pillows -- much too small and soft. Good breakfast options.

Nice hotel, room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. Checking in and out were fine. I was surprised though because the front desk ran my credit card for a $250 deposit because I made my reservation through a third party (Expedia). That has never happened before. Otherwise it was fine, we will probably return to this hotel.

Rooms were very comfortable, clean and had everything you . Check in and check out or easy and people who checked us in and checked us out were very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable

Great one night get away only thing is my shower was very slippery when getting in I almost fell down getting in.

It was just a quick overnight stay. The hotel was nice and provided everything we needed. Fresh waffles for breakfast is always good too.

Freshly renovated and very clean overall.

The rug in our room had an odor and felt dirty on the feet. There was also a bug on the floor on the bathroom. Not sure what type of bug it was, but it was small.

Just be sure you keep hand sanitizer dispenser full, other that just that very little thing everything thing was wonderful

Second time staying here. Free breakfast was great. But…the second night of the stay, it started raining outside and then it started to rain in our room. Leaking onto the bed and soaking the sheets, we had to move rooms. When we inquired about a credit, they told us, “No,” and that we could contact customer service. Upon returning,I called the hotel and was told the same thing. Multiple emails and no response.

The stay was alright, we were there for one night and my sister and I took our 80 yr old mom to the beach for the day.The room was nice but could use a few upgrades like a fan in the bathroom and a real door on the bathroom, not a sliding door. And we were charged $250 at check in for incidentals, which is outrageous! Why are they charging two 60 year old wiomen and an 80 year old women that money? Not like we’re we’re gonna trash the room.when i was up all night worrying if I would get my $250 credited back to my card. Unnecessary, use your judgement who gets charged that . Plus when we checked out and I mentioned it, the clerk said they usually charge 100 to 150, not 250. They said it would be refunded in 3 business days. Even though the room was nice, I would not stay there again because of that.

Enjoyed it was close to very thing we needed to do

I've been staying at Hampton Inns since 1994, and they never disappoint when it comes to service. The staff at this location was exceptionally friendly and handled a very busy college graduation weekend seamlessly—truly impressive. However, the breakfast options were more limited than I expected. That said, it seems to be the trend at many hotels these days. Overall, the service remains top-notch, which keeps me coming back.
