Rooms were cleaned well everyday unless otherwise stipulated. Staff was helpful; front desk could use a bit more customer service training always helpful but with some unnecessary attitude. Transit connection was great and some university amenities were available to guests like laundry facilities. Might be nice to have a “golf cart” type is access on days when guests are leaving with luggage that use the transit system. It’s a 10-15 min walk… I was very happy overall and will stay there again…..

Everything about the hotel was really good, its just further to the city center than i had expected. It takes you about 40 mins to get to Barcelona city center like Eixample etc.

Everything was good just booked a double bed but got singles

Cheap student dining

great property. Room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was great especially with the french bidet. Had a great dtay. Only downside is that it is within an uni so needs a little walk (7-10 mins) from the station.

Quiet I loved it, except they had a marathon and did not allow any parking around the hotel that sucked

The overall stay experience was great. Food good at the breakfast. The receptionist was great from day one, always helping and providing a fantastic services. The only bad note of the say was the Aircon at room 317 because it was in bad shape and make a terrible noise. The security locker do not have battery therefore didn't work.

The property need a bit of works on the out side - cracks, paint falling off eirherwise good location.

I felt that the hotel itself was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good but could be better to make it more value for money. Area around the hotel for dining is terrible though. Not many restaurants nearby that suit my cuisine.

The property is in the university campus with not much else. Easy to get to the train which is a 30-45 minute ride into Barcelona

The receptionist when I checked in was very helpful telling me how to get to the train and to Barcelona. And the next day the other receptionist was very helpful in helping me book a room for the last day of the trip before I leave.

We checked-in for 2 nights stays, yet we checkout less than an hour due to hotel location. To cut story short, we were denied for refund. No consieration from the hotel manager. It's a complete lost of time and wasted money.

We had a very pleasant stay at Exe Campus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt really at home!
