This hotel is spotless and conveniently located with direct access to Thermes Spa via an attached Fernicular, daily housekeeping was amiss and not as advertised and when I brought it ro the front desk's attention all I recieved waa, would you like some new towels, i can give you some new towels but theres is nonhousekeeping at this time

This hotel is under heavy construction. The entire ground floor is currently a construction site with absolutely zero amenities and is just an empty concrete shell. At no point during or since booking several months ago, were we advised of this. On arrival we walked through what is basically a construction site to a makeshift reception desk. We had 4 rooms in total in our group and of the 4, 3 of them had issues. One was the wrong room type and wasn’t 100% ready, another again was a wrong room type and the 3rd was completely dirty and looked as though someone had just checked out of it. Our room situations were addressed fairly quickly, however with the hotel under such heavy construction at present, I barely understand how they can even be open right now. Especially with no advance warning to people making reservations. We stayed here this time last year for the same event and have stayed on previous years and this was always lovely Radisson Blu hotel. It has changed hands within this time and while I understand the new owners may want to change the hotels appearance, this is not just a makeover. This is a full reconstruction. I am not happy that we have paid the price we have for this property, in this condition. I wouldn’t have booked had we known before

Love this hotel. They are undergoing a big renovation, so the bar was closed and the restaurants was limited on space. The lobby was under construction. Other than that, it was a lovely hotel. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back

Very comfortable beds nice clean modern rooms. Good bar

We arrived to the hotel to be told they had no twin bedrooms despite ordering one. We then where asked to wait & given 2 complimentary drink vouchers. In the end we had to have a smaller room to get twin beds. We then went to the bar & had to wait nearly 10 minutes to be served despite no one else waiting the staff just ignored us to be then told we couldn't have the drinks we wanted with the vouchers just softdrinks, beer or coffee. Once to the room it was clean and nice to sleep in but I was hoping the new owners would improve service from before - it seems not so we shall not be looking to return.

Good service well located hotel. Nice rooms and great breakfast

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel, and as usual the facilities were good, although the check in experience was disappointing as we had to wait over 90 minutes after the check in time for our room to be ready. It appeared this was because new TVs were being fitted to the rooms, but there did not seem to be any priority given to getting the rooms ready for those people who were trying to check inn.

The hotel was a two night base for a motorcycle tour of the area, we had a very slow check-in, the breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of selection to choose from. The staff were helpful and polite.

Nice, central hotel handy for the thermes or the circuit. Modern, clean interior with well appointed rooms. Restaurant menu is little limited but reasonably priced only one chicken option, two beef (one a steak, one a burger). Two vegetarian options. Could do a little more variety for a hotel of this class.

Stayed here before again another comfortable night and a very comfortable beds. Clean.
