We were disappointed Kenzi Rose Garden Hotel on the whole. Pool area is nice, room was fine. However, we would not consider this a 5-star hotel. Rooms were basic, housekeeping not entirely consistent. At times we asked them to give us 5 minutes to get organised as we were leaving for the day, and they simply didn't clean our room that day. Staff around the breakfast buffet, the pool, and the bar were very helpful, friendly and pleasant. However, we did not get the same feeling from reception and from management. While we realise we arrived late (around midnight), the induction and welcome was very short on information. There was little extra info in the room. When we asked questions (what time restaurants were open, did we need to book a table) the response was given in a tone that our questions were a nuisance and unnecessary. When we asked the concierge to call us a taxi we got different levels of help - one simply called us a taxi and we paid a ridiculous fare. The second time, the concierge called the cab and advised us what to accept as a reasonable fare. Just one example of the inconsistency of service. We ate in the Moroccan restaurant on our first night - empty other than us, over-priced for decidedly average food. We did not eat an evening meal in any of the other restaurants. Overall, the hotel was fine as a base, but not 5-star, and not particularly welcoming or professional service.

A family-friendly hotel where the staff goes above and beyond for children. The property is clean, living up to the high standards of an international chain. The front desk is efficient, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant staff is kind. The pool area are also well-maintained. A convenient location for an overnight stay!

Stay was OK, service excellent

The pool was great - we spent most of our time there. Room was comfortable and staff were helpful. The breakfast always seemed a bit crowded - they could do wi the rethinking it a bit and while it was a buffet i felt it was a bit on the cheap side.

As a cyclist kenzi rose garden was ideally located to access all the routes going south. The restaurants and buffet were excellent that there really was no need to eat outside. Hotel needs to do something about people who lack discipline at a buffet. I get upset seeing people piling their plates, taking a nibble at one thing, and discarding the rest.

The property is beautifully kept, and the three swimming pools and restaurants give a classy appearance. The guest services people at the reception need customer care training. While Moroccans are generally welcoming people, the front desk guys do not reflect that. The manager, a tall lady, was professional and keen on helping guests. Servers at the restaurant were great. Sallah stands out!

Beautiful property, great breakfast and very good location

Very nice hotel rooms are clean and very comfortable the staff helpful and nice the breakfast buffet was amazing anything that you can think of. The hotel is really well located no need to get a car. I really recommend it.

Great stay! Free upgrade to a suite! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Huge pools. Area is very walkable into the Medina there are taxis out the front waiting of you do need one. I would stay here again!

Initially had a misunderstanding at the front desk, but it got reconciled, and everyone was very professional and friendly. Majority of the time the staff in all areas from the restaurant to the pool are very polite and attentive trying to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We found the room to be impeccable. Just be aware there are no washcloths. The shower is very nice.

Had an amazing stay at Kenzi Rose Garden! The hospitality is truly top class, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was very spacious, and I’m especially thankful for the effort made to make my anniversary trip so special with such a top-notch room. It really added a memorable touch to our stay. A special mention to Siham — she is very knowledgeable and guided us to some great spots for shopping and hanging around. Such a jolly and warm person, she made our experience even better! The buffet food was also excellent, offering a great variety to suit everyone’s taste. The location is perfect — about a 30-minute walk to the souks and just 5–10 minutes to Menara Mall, Nobu rooftop restaurant, and Louis Vuitton for shopping. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech!
