Please people try to avoid that hotel as much as possible! There is couple things which make that hotel way too expensive and awful place to stay. -The hotel's wifi is extremely slow. The speed is only 2 mbits, which is not even enough to browse the internet these days. -The service level of the hotel staff is terrible. They have no sense of service even if you live in the hotel for a month and are a really profitable resident for them. -The standard of cleaning is poor. The cleaners don't even change the sheets in your room. -The breakfast is really poor for the price. Omelette is only available on occasional mornings. I don't know why the hotel sometimes doesn't offer it. There is no variety in the breakfast. -There were loud cars and young people in the hotel yard many nights. They disturbed the guests' sleep. The staff did nothing about it. -The gym in the hotel is smallest gym in world and also half of the equipments are broken

Good. Emplacement is not special. Rooms are clean; nothing to say. But the walls are thin, can hear through doors and people upstairs. Service very nice; nothing to say.

Personally, I don't like Bastion Hotels. They're overpriced, the staff is arrogant, and the rooms are poor. But this one is different, and it made me change my mind. The reception staff is very helpful, the waitresses are very good, and they always smile. It's a shame the others aren't like that. Everyone is very good, and thank you for the excellent service you provide. I will come back next year, during the next annual inspection for my job.

I had such a great experience at this hotel! Since I don’t speak Dutch, I accidentally bought a chicken at the supermarket that needed to be cooked in the oven. When I asked at the reception if I could use a microwave, they kindly baked it in the oven for me and even served it with an incredibly delicious sauce. The service was outstanding, and the hotel is perfect for business stays. The breakfast was also amazing—where else do you get freshly cooked fried eggs in the morning? The sink in the room was quite small, even too small to wash my face comfortably, but the level of service more than made up for it. Highly recommend!
