Good location but dirty , uncleaned smoked cigarratte on the shelf bar.

Training and trip organized by Corporate Training Bangkok made us stay at Ramada Seoul, the stay was superb. Very nice

very easy to take a subway, very good location

Me and 2 of my friends stayed for 3 nights, we were extra 1 person. But nothing was prepared like pillows, blankets, toiletries, when we asked for only a pillow to be sent, even though I had asked for a set and the constraints on the bathroom light switch that could die on its own, every time we were in the bathroom the lights were off. I have asked to change rooms but have not been given, they have a good intention to call a lamp technician for repairs, we will say well but there is absolutely no change after being justified. Disappointed because during the 3 nights the service was not satisfying the customer.

The weather outside is really cool. But in the room it's hot The air conditioner is not to be used. Do not like to sleep Instead of relaxing Come to see this very sickly

Reception can't speak english well.

Room lights are not lit. a call to the receptionist and the service department came but could not be replaced because they did not have stock. The promise of the next day will be completed but apparently it is not serviced until the evening too. Finally, we also asked to move rooms but it was complicated by a very long debate we were finally given another room.
