Outstanding service and a beautiful boutique hotel. Highly recommend it and convenient to transportation to anywhere.

We had a fantastic stay....felt like home from home and a great location to explore Prague from. Great service, from our very helpful and friendly check-in on our arrival, right through our stay, the staff were great. Very clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was really very good indeed.

Great location, great breakfast. Our room was on the patio and we had to walk through dining room to exit. Noise from wedding in dining room a problem. Overall I liked it and would stay there again but in a different room.

This hotel was absolutely not slightly 5 Star Very tired hotel Whilst we had a big bedroom which i paid extra for it was so old. The couch was very uncomfortable so not suitable The bathroom was very good except for the shower which was very powerful but i struggled to use it as positioning was all wrong and there was no screen or handle. Very poor for health and safety Breakfast wasn’t good i’m afraid… Cheap!!

Hotel central for all sightseeing,metro,trams and shops. Lovely hotel,staff are very helpful,food is excellent.

This is a great little boutique hotel that is in the perfect location. It's extremely walkable to everything you'd want to see in Old Prague but just out of the way enough to give a rest bit from the crowds. Staff is very polite and the room and grounds are very cute.

Great location, in the centre near the foot of the castle. It is on a main road but we had a front facing room and I didn't find any noise intrusive. Breakfast was superb with a range of choices. Staff were wonderful.

We hadden een standaard kamer geboekt voor 4 nachten. We kregen een kamer, waar je niet op een normale manier in en uit je bed kon komen. Nadat we hadden geklaagd, kregen we een luxe kamer zonder bijbetaling. Dus was het probleem snel en goed opgelost.

The hotel was great; however, we had a hard time cooling the room. The air conditioner didn't seem to work, but last April we were told at another hotel that it was not yet hot enough for the hotel to provide air conditioning so we made the best of it by opening windows.

Fabulous staff who made us most welcome throughout the stay. Beautifully appointed premises and large, quality choice for the inclusive breakfast. Just a short walk from a major tram, bus and Metro interchange.

Lovely stay, the room was comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast was really good with a large choice catering for. Although the hotel is on a busy junction it was quiet at night and there was no noise from other guests. Dianna on reception was really helpful and friendly. Prague is a beautiful safe city and I’d recommend all to visit.

We loved this Hotel, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and very clean . The Hotel is only a short walk from Charles bridge and the Cathedral, which is beautiful ( lots of steps so be prepared) . We will definitely be returning

Cute little place close by to town, nice facilities like the steam bath and Roman bath, breakfast was ok, didn’t eat lunch or dinner here as out, lovely hotel for a short break with romance in mind

Beautiful room, comfy bed, very helpful staff (especially Nicoll), lovely breakfast, great location for exploring Prague.

Absolutely lovely little hotel with fantastic jacuzzi bath, huge room and great room service. The restaurant looked nice however we didn’t eat in it due to every other option locally was a lot cheaper. The steam cave was absolutely wonderful. I would’ve given a 5 if there was more generous options on the minibar/ free opportunity to use the sauna, Roman bath or steam cave. Staff were helpful and efficient. The breakfast was okay, coffee machine was brilliant but the food was a bit stale tasting and could’ve done with better quality options. Despite the cons we still had a lovely stay and would definitely reccomend.
