I stayed in a newly renovated Privilege Room, which had access to a private lounge and restaurant offering à la carte menus and breakfast options each day. This add-on was a nice touch and provided a quiet place to enjoy meals away from the busy buffet restaurant. I also liked the spa and the range of treatments. However, all the beaches surrounding the hotel (including the hotel beach at Playa Esmeralda) attract nudists. I found this to be very unpleasant.

The entertainment was excellent especially Wajde in the animation team. The neds and pillows were really comfortable, but the shower was lacking power. Food choice was limited as was the drinks at lunch and dinner, the waiters were polite and friendly unless you asked for a second drink, you couldn't self serve which was an inconvenience

Lovely food, quite beautiful hotel, staff more than okay. We had all inclusive for a week and i genuinely recommend this to anyone. Not much to do around it apart from going to beaches, but such is the landscape of the island. For relaxing, soaking in the sun it's more than perfect.

Here for a one week break and deliberately chose it for reasonable access to Cofete and the beaches around Esmeralda. The drive down from the airport was very easy and finding the hotel was a dawdle too. Food was good and varied, as was the drink. I did feel they were slightly understaffed at times particularly at peak meal times. I would however return, and recommend it to others.

The food was excellent. The pool and pool bar was excellent. The room was comfortable though faces the carpark and had a blocked toilet for 2 days. Checking in and the reception staff were very inadequate. They kept us waiting for an hour to get our room. Wanted loads of pointless information off us when they already had our booking reference and passports we then had to wait another 30 mins for someone to show us the room we could of easily found ourself and then he hung around obviously waiting for a tip???? Two days into our stay after revcirving full payment off us they asked us to reception again to go through all the tedious checking in again because they missed something. I had to tell the confussed girl to do it herslf as i was having breakfast and want nothing more to do with them. After that it was meraculasly all forgotten . I think they need some training put in place as i heard from other people having the same problem with them. I have been to many hotels and never spent more then 15 mins at reception checkong in.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 10 al 24 agosto in vacanza di coppia. La struttura è in una posizione molto tranquilla dell’isola e questo ci ha permesso di fare una vacanza rilassante, inoltre è un punto ventilato e quindi c’è un clima molto più gradevole rispetto ad altri punti dell’ isola. La struttura è organizzata e molto pulita, lo staff è stato molto efficiente sopratutto Gerardo e Maite che hanno dimostrato professionalità ma anche gentilezza. La camera vista mare come la struttura è stata tenuta sempre molto pulita. Le 4 stelle di valutazione sono per la mancanza di acqua a cena per la mezza pensione e per lo scarso intrattenimento serale, ma questo è un gusto personale. Nel complesso una bellissima vacanza, ci torneremo

There is a lovely beach within walking view of the property. The staff were friendly. The hotel was beautifully presented. It was in a quiet location. The entertainment was good.

We went for a complete chill out and that is what we got. Very quiet which is what we needed. Be prepared very windy.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Bit of a walk (sloping with few steps) to beach and bear in mind one has to pay for the sunbeds/umbrella on the beach.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were ok - some better than others. Unfortunately we found the food to be poor, both in choice and quality - certainly not 4*.

i thought the hotel was very comfortable, nicely designed, nice buffet restaurant and al la carte restaurant(for privileged guests if on all inclusive basis, the staff were very attentive and really professional,
