The staff are awful, I will not use again!!

Best place to stay in Paris, specially if you’re with family. The kitchenette is a big deal and the breakfast is amazing as well

Good location of the property. The apartment was decent however not very tidy. The staff were not very friendly. The property does not offer any house keeping which was not ideal especially whenntravelling with the family. The location has good access to metro. Overall 3/5

This is a great place to stay.

The rooms are spacious comparing to other hotels in Paris but the beds are not the most comfortable. We did not get cleaning service during our 3 day stay. Breakfast menu is same everyday. Scrambled egg and bacon did not taste good. Croissants and freshly squuezied orange juice were great though. Staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel is 10 min walk to the metro station then you need to ride 20 min to the main attractions

Ac did not work properly. Filter was filthy. Vent to the room was full of dust. Hotel did provide a fan. We just opened the windows at night for air. Street noise was a bit much. Room set up was great. Had the ac worked and vents not been full of dust we might not have gotten sick from allergies. Other than the ac issue the place was nice.

Overall a great Aparthotel. The rooms were great, and really good size. Free hot drinks was a bonus. Staff were helpful! My only negative would be it was not as close to things as it says on the website ie- Eiffel Tower. Some things were a 5/10 min walk to the metro, and then around 35/40 min metro. I was really pleased with this hotel though as it was nice and clean, and socialising m, and felt safe too. I would recommend.

This hotel was a great stay for 5 people looking to stay in one unit. There is a staffed front desk with some cold drinks and snacks for purchase. We were able to check in early, given free wifi, and had no issues during our stay. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the metro and there are options for restaurants and other amenities nearby. Our unit had a mini kitchen, two bedrooms, a living area with sofa bed, and two full bathrooms. My only complaint is the air conditioning was poor/not working and could use maintenance or upgrading as it was quite hot in Paris during our stay.

They moved us to a different building, when we went to check in, late at night saying the hotel option we booked is full. The other building was very bad and the room was not clean. We had a very bad experience.

Whatever described in the website is pretty much what it is. Staff is really nice and the room is clean.

It went over my expectations and staff are friendly and very accommodating and to my surprise they left me a surprise birthday gift .( I didn’t even tell them it’s my birthday trip ) Awesome customer service. My family feels safe and secure . I will definitely keep coming back her for my future travels

There’s construction during our stay so need to walk all the way to the nearest train line the property is clean and quiet which I like not sure about walking at night ( we took Uber) from Eiffel Tower scare a night stroll) not bad for a price of UBER) the kitchen part is what we like so you could heat up food when your tired after a long day . The room is spacious for 4 people the bathroom is nice and clean . Overall it’s still a god place to stay and hopefully the construction is done .

This apartment hotel's location is good. Just about 50 meters from T2 tram station. And it's near Metro line 8 too. Metro line 8 took 12 minutes to arrive city centre Concord station.

Staying at Aparthotel Adagio Porte de Versailles was a poor experience. There was no hot water supply on Friday, January 3, 2025, and the staff provided no notification or emergency plan.

great hotel for exploring paris. only 10 min taxi to eiffel tower and plenty nearby for eating etc

I stayed 4 nights, they never cleaned the room, never changed the towels. Road from there to paris super croweded every day. I didnt like it.

Location very nice

The property was great, it had some nice big balcony’s with the view of the Eiffel Tower which was really nice. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was nice and we loved staying here.
