Good location and also great staff ! Room 308 has a very awkward position for the WC as the basin is on your way. I am small but a larger peson cannot sit down in the WC

It’s ok but not wow

The reception manager's treatment was irreverent and aggressive. When I booked I called to ensure parking but upon arrival they told me that it is subject to availability and that they had already occupied it, leaving my car in front of the hotel. The hotel is ok and the room is nice but I am sure there’re better places to stay in Rosario.

very confortable and clean

Impossible to sleep between 3:30 and 6:30 AM.The hotel was fine: comfortable room, convenient location, reasonable staff. The problem is the canto bar across the street. Every night around 3:30 they crank up the music really loud. Drunk patrons are out on the sidewalk yelling and making noise. It's not the hotels fault but it makes this a difficult place to stay.

Check-out time for this hotel is 10:00AM against 11:00AM for most of other hotel. So, I asked them to late check out for just one hour until 11:00AM several times due to personal reason. However, they didn't allow me to stay one hour more insisting their rules for check out time. There were not any flexibility and kindness to the customer.

The staff very rude!.One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at from smell to the beds were old and wore out. The room was dirty, smelly, and humid. They charge me a fee for parking without any advice!.A lots of noise from outside all night long!. Restaurant was poor.Wireless in the room was very weak.

It was warm and they do not turn on the air-conditioner because "it is winter", regardless of the temperature. Rooms are fine but common areas pretty worn. Rooms that face the streets are VERY noisy. Be sure and ask for rooms that face away from street.

Room was clean and comfortable but lots of noise from outside. Restaurant was poor. Food undercooked and had to be sent back Staff were pretty good and friendly.

The Plaza Real is a typical mid-level business type hotel. I found the front desk and restaurant people to be efficient if a bit curt. The room is very large but under-furnished. I had a deluxe suite and there is no easy chair nor chest of drawers although there is plenty of space for them. The bath is small and somewhat spartan. There is a long 5 min wait for hot water. Bath amenities are basic. On Friday and Saturday night there is moderate street noise from the bars across the street. The worst thing about the hotel is the Internet. WiFi service is sparse and the continuity of the data once connected is terrible ranging from 3Kbt to 250KB and with frequent disconnects. Skype is impossible.This is not at all acceptable in a business class hotel but not at all unusual for Latin America. The breakfast is pretty good although more fresh fruit rather than canned would be better.Good points: Great bed and bedding, excellent free parking,Big flat screen TV,coffee maker, neighborhood, business center,bellmen,wine list, coffee shop Bad points: Internet, furniture, bath, amenities. With the discount here on hotels.com its a pretty good value if your work is not internet intensive.

Nice location with great breakfast. Hotel rooftop pool in poor condition with broken tiles & water level below very dirty skimmers. Wireless in the room was very weak - better in lobby but not convenient. Most staff were friendly & tried to be helpful - only a few spoke English. No wine glasses or plates in the room so not really a "suite". Room was big & comfortable. Not great value for the price.

Excellent quality and price, in an ideal location, at walking distance from the city center and the river shore. International quality at an affordable rate, Restaurant is excellent as well. The balcony of the rooms in the 2nd floor are huge. Be aware that the cheapest room is not too big, so go for the next tier.
